@MajidAlabrawi1 , Thank you for sharing your great work in Dashboard, that is helpful and can inspire our community. For everyone who is interested in this idea, we are working to build a reusable component for the report service, so it can be configured and embedded into other ArcGIS products (Dashboard, Experience Builder...), as well as a standalone, simple web page (dedicated to generate reports) hosted on Survey123 website. The new standalone, simple web page can be configured (e.g., by URL parameters) and shared with stakeholders to generate reports easily; it also can manage recently generated reports as the Report panel does on the Data page of the Survey123 website. Please stay tuned and let us know what else you would like to have for your workflow.

Hi @StormwaterAdmin , There is a known BUG-000161967 that when a survey is embedded in experience app published in Experience Builder , the error "Unable to refresh token" could occur when clicking the Submit button if it passed ~30 minutes after opening the experience. Can you please confirm if this is the case you encountered?

Hi @DuncanC , I can confirm a map in the report does not support legend. Can you please share any screenshots or requirements for the legend you expect to include in a map in the report? For example, any changes to the content generated by the Legend widget or controlling the size of the legend?

Hi @DavidClark9 , Thanks for the information. Since I cannot reproduce the issue by trying various surveys, it may relate to particular survey settings/data. If it occurs consistently, could you reach out to Esri Support Service or your local distributor to help us collect enough information for this issue?

Hi @DavidClark9 , Did you encounter the issue immediately after exporting the Excel file from the Data tab on Survey123? For example, there is no download dialog poped up but directly navigating to the error page starts with https://ago-item-storage.s3.amazonaws.com/? Or the error occurs intermittently and you can download the Excel file by exporting again from the Survey123 website? The exported Excel file was originally hosted on https://ago-item-storage.s3.amazonaws.com/ with 5 minutes life span. So if you hold the download page and refresh it 5 minutes later, it is expected to see such an error.

Hi @MusandiwaSadiki , That makes sense. For the report syntax, ${#$attachment}${$file}${/} - The start tag (with `#` sign) and end tag (`${/}`) represent the iteration of all attachment files of the current feature. Attachment that other than image type (e.g. audio, file) will also be processed. `${$file}` represents each attachment in the iterating process. ${#image1}${$file}${/} - The start tag and end tag represent the iteration of all images of the image question `image1`, which are attachments of the current feature but with the keywords `image1` (same with the question name) . `${$file}` represents each image attachment in the iterating process. If you are sure that there is only one image in the image question or feature's attachments, you can use ${image1} (question name) or ${$attachment} to represent the only file. So in ${attached item | size:250:0}, "attachment item" is invalid syntax. To print the image in its original size, you can just use the syntax without specifying its size: ${$file} in an iteration or ${image1} for the specific question. Please note that the original image size probably exceeds the width of the document, that's why we usually use the "size:<width>:<height>" method to control its size.

Hi @m3 , The fix to this issue has been deployed to the production Survey123 website, you can test the fix as the same way you used to. In the future, if you need to test your survey in ArcGIS Enterprise with the Beta Survey123 website, you can use the ?portalUrl=<yourPortal> URL parameter. For example, https://survey123beta.arcgis.com/share/<surveyId>?portalUrl=<yourPortal> . In case this helps, you can find a full list of parameters that are supported by the web app in this help topic: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/get-started/integrate-launchwebapp.htm

Thanks @rwrenner_esri . Hi @MariaBonderupPedersen , I can confirm it is a known limitation that you can only select/embed public surveys belongs to your org in the Survey widget currently. You can use the Embed widget as a workaround for now. We have an issue in the backlog, please feel free to raise an enhancement ticket to Esri Support to help prioritize this work. I will contact the doc team to remove ambiguous from the doc topic.

Hi @MusandiwaSadiki , The form view on the Data page of the Survey123 website and the Survey123 report service can display attachments for an image question as long as there is a `keyword` property of the attachment written with the same image question name. Otherwise, we cannot know which question an attachment belongs to. From your description, https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/how-to-update-the-attachment-keywords-for-existing-arcg-000027056 might help you add the keyword property for attachments in old records.

Hi @CarmelAustin , Do you still observe the issue when exporting to the Excel format via the Survey123 website? Your first screenshot indicates the user token might expire. This can usually be solved by signing in to the Survey123 website again.

Thanks for the feedback. The team is working on a fix to this issue. Before the fix is applied to the 3.19 web app, please notify the user to pan around/zoom out the map to check the submitted point before making an edit to the survey.

Hi @GregReinecke , In Survey123 Connect or Survey123 website, publishing a survey actually does two jobs: 1. update the .zip package for the form item, 2. create/maintain the behind feature layer. For your case, only updating the .zip package for the form item needs to be done. To complete this, you can use Python script to: 1. Download the .zip package file of the form item at /data endpoint. 2. Update the .info file inside the package file. 2. Update the /data of the form item with the updated package file by using the /update item endpoint. This should save you from publish the survey manually in Survey123 Connect.
