Regarding the generate reports error Is the same survey and report template working well in 2.5 release? Are the "fiedl_35", "field_20" questions related to the error all Multipleline Text question? If yes, in the Word template file, is there any other string you put in the same line before or after e.g. the ${field_35} placeholder? If no, what are the types of those questions? Regarding the cannot export excel files Did you try to use the "Export" menu in the Data page of the Survey123 website? If yes, is it working for the same survey in 2.5 release? Can you please go to the source feature service item behind the survey in ArcGIS Online and see if you can export excel file there? ... View more

Hi Chris, The development team has done a lot of work on the new web app which can render surveys both from the web designer and Survey123 Connect, which also will bring a performance improvement for old surveys. Hi Tim, Thanks for the feedback.  This is a known issue that will occur if you copied a question by using the "Duplicate" button and tried to publish a survey in the web designer. The fix will be available as a hotfix to the website in the next week. In the meantime, you can fix the error manually by using the new capability "Modify Schema" in our 2.5 release. Just change the second "field_1" to another name in the Modify Schema dialog will allow you publish the survey. ... View more

Hi Sean, Would you mind to have a try on our recent 2.5 release? If the field type is set to integer in the feature service for a select_one question in the survey, we can now display the result correctly in the table & individual response on the Data page, and also treat it as the original select_one question but not a common number question in the Analyze page of the website.
