The issue was resolved, however, the solution was not ideal. To resolve we had to work with our license distributor and Esri to reset the license on the backend. Since that time I have not taken the license offline in Parallels.

I am trying to open Drone2Map on the same machine where I activated it to work offline. In doing so, it asks me to log-in to the account and then I type in the credentials I get the following error: "The account cannot be used to authorize Drone2Map as it has been configured to be used offline on another workstation." The problem is that I am using the same workstation - I am running this on Parallels for MacOS and I'm wondering if that is the issue. When I disconnect from the internet, it says "Cannot Authenticate Application". Any recommendations? Is there anyway I can disconnect the offline authorization via the organization account?

I will sign up for the early adopter program to try that. In the meantime, any recommendations on the submittal for large surveys? Should we always submit when connected to WiFi and keep the iPad on? Any other tips for hopefully avoiding the timeout issue?

Thanks Deon - I think that is the approach I am going to have to take in this case. I've had similar issues with the desktop app (not letting my sync). Can you explain further what you mean by "recreate" the survey? Do you mean creating another survey by using the existing answers and inputting the photographs that are present in the attachments survey for the same survey? While not ideal, I think that's the fastest solution currently.

We are having a reoccurring issue over multiple iPads (using v2.5) and different surveys where surveys get stuck in the Outbox folder and can not be opened to edit or resubmitted. Nothing happens when the survey icon is clicked within the outbox and when the auditor submits the survey, no dialog box appears - the screen returns to the Outbox folder with the survey still there. The surveys that are being submitted have multiple (80+) photographs. Interestingly, the survey responses are submitted and can be viewed online in Survey123, but none of the photographs are present. I have reviewed the log files for some of these failed surveys (logs recorded during submittal attempts) and it appears that the error being reported is "Code 1000 - Cannot insert duplicate key row in object...". I believe that because so many photographs are being submitted, the process is timing out and the photographs fail to upload. Because the survey responses have been recorded, on resubmittal attempts, it is trying to overwrite attachments (even though they aren't technically present). Question 1 - should we be able to click on the survey in the Outbox and "edit and resend" - I believe that was historically an option and seemed to work when we ran into this issue before v2.5. Question 2 - How can I submit these surveys manually? I've asked the auditors to send me the sqlite file and attachment database. When I load that database into the desktop client and fix the database, I experience the same issue (in this case using v2.6) where after clicking submit, you are returned to the Outbox and it fails to the submit the survey. Can I make edits to the sqlite to make this a unique submittal?

Hi James - this happens on multiple surveys. I can't share the initial survey over Geonet, but I've tested it on the Fish Test Survey (created by Esri) and I get the same issue. I've attached the XLS and two templates to this message. The first template ("doesnotwork_FishTestSurvey.docx) does not work and it includes call outs to the text fields in the report (notes, license, etc.). The second template works and all text fields have been removed ("thisworks_FishTestSurvey.docx) and the printing occurs with no problem. Thanks.

As of today, it appears that when we try to print a report using the Beta Print report generation tool, we receive the error: "get errors when rendering the template: The scope parser for the tag other1 failed to execute". In testing other surveys, it appears that the printing is failing with text fields (in the case above, 'other1' is a text field). I removed the text field from the report template, and it printed with no issues. Please let us know if there is a workaround for this issue. Thanks, Chris

Hi Jonathan - We are using v. 2.3.29 of Survey123 and v. 2.5.44 for SurveyConnect. For field collection, we are using iOS devices (iPad Pro and iPhones). If a signature is collected and then the survey saved "Save this survey in Drafts", the signature image is shifted/zoomed in to the left of the original signature when the survey is reloaded from drafts. See attached photographs for the differences between the two. Thanks, Chris Initial Signature: "Saved" signature:

Thanks Philip - very much looking forward to batch printing. Printing directly to PDF as an option is a great idea and will be very helpful. I know you mention the timing for batch printing is unknown, but please provide updates for a planned release when possible.

We have numerous users (using different operating systems and web browsers) experiencing an issue where the map loads over the data table and individual responses within the data tab. Best way for you to see the issue is to load the example photograph I've attached to this post. We have tried resetting the web browser cache/cookies, but that did not work.

I have a survey with numerous repeats that allow the user to upload unlimited photographs. I've included one repeat below as an example: type name label begin repeat image_table Take pictures showing the feature image image_file Image: end repeat When I print using the beta print fuctionality using a template with the following: ${#image_table} ${%image_file | size:460:0} ${/image_table} The printing icon spins indefinitely. If I open the developer console up in Chrome, I get the following error: vendor.bundle.js:1 ERROR Error: Uncaught (in promise): TypeError: Cannot set property 'image_file' of undefined TypeError: Cannot set property 'image_file' of undefined at 7.chunk.js:1 at Array.forEach (<anonymous>) at 7.chunk.js:1 at Array.forEach (<anonymous>) at 7.chunk.js:1 at t.invoke (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at Object.onInvoke (vendor.bundle.js:1) at t.invoke (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at e.run (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at polyfills.bundle.js:1 at t.invokeTask (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at Object.onInvokeTask (vendor.bundle.js:1) at t.invokeTask (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at e.runTask (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at a (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at 7.chunk.js:1 at Array.forEach (<anonymous>) at 7.chunk.js:1 at Array.forEach (<anonymous>) at 7.chunk.js:1 at t.invoke (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at Object.onInvoke (vendor.bundle.js:1) at t.invoke (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at e.run (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at polyfills.bundle.js:1 at t.invokeTask (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at Object.onInvokeTask (vendor.bundle.js:1) at t.invokeTask (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at e.runTask (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at a (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at new m (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at c (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at c (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at polyfills.bundle.js:1 at t.invokeTask (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at Object.onInvokeTask (vendor.bundle.js:1) at t.invokeTask (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at e.runTask (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at a (polyfills.bundle.js:1) at Image.invoke (polyfills.bundle.js:1)
