Hi @PeterMadirazza , Can you please help us understand how this issue happens with the following information? Is your survey published from Survey123 Connect or from the Survey123 website? If it is Survey123 Connect, would you mind sharing the XLSForm file? If it is the website, can you please share some steps that can reproduce the issue?

Hi @Comisión_Estatal_de_Aguasde_Qu , Thanks for your feedback. It seems to be the same issue with https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/filtering-integers-broken-after-october-25-2022/m-p/1225601#M45595 , which is caused by any number value involved in the filter. We are looking into the details and will evaluate a hotfix to address this. Thanks, Zhifang

Hi @ahargreaves_FW , If the user has not clicked the locate button (below the home icon) manually, the warning message in your screenshot shows up because the geopoint question is designed to get the device location on loading the survey and it failed to get the device location (can be caused by various reasons). You can disable this behavior by setting the default value of the geopoint question to null, just like the screenshot in Ismael's reply and still use the "¢er=<lat>,<long>" to set the location dynamically. Please find more information in this document https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/geopoints.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_6B32C981BC5E490AAAFCE52E15993DC3 .

@ZachBodenner , Just FYI, we also fixed the BUG-000147721 that affects the measurement result for the web app in the latest August update of Survey123. If you are not using the 3.15 version of Survey123 Connect, you may want to use the latest 3.15 version of Survey123 Connect to republish your survey to utilize this fix.

Hi @ZoevdbAT , I've tried the following steps but cannot reproduce the issue, Create a new survey on the Survey123 website Add a Single choice question, update its choices as Beijing, Redlands, Melbourne Publish the survey On the Design page, add one more choice by using the Batch edit pop-up in the Edit panel for the Single choice question, just add a new choice "Paris" but without changing other choices. Publish the survey again. I observed that only the "Paris" got added to the coded value domain in the behind feature layer. "Beijing, Redlands, Melbourne" are not duplicated. Can you please check if I missed something? Or you can raise a ticket to Esri Support Service if it requires more specific steps to reproduce.

Hi @RyanElvrum1 @Debbie_Briedwell , It seems that this issue does not apply to all cases. Can you please check the spatial reference/WKID of the survey layer that stores the geometry and the web map you use in the report template? Are they identical or not?

@SaWaRise, Can you please share a screenshot of your previous report (with sample data)? Are signature pictures are included in a table? If not, you should be able to achieve the goal by using multiple individual reports instead.

Hi @erica_poisson , Thanks for sharing the info. Yes, the "memory" means the server-side memory hosted by Esri when printing the report, it does not relate to the memory of the computer on the client-side. When printing a summary report, you cannot insert images in a repeated way (for each record). However, you can insert images from a summary perspective. I think this issue does not relate to image based on the information you shared. Since it is a summary report, technically, the server-side load or the output content should be in a similar level no matter the count of input records. It is a little strange that you can print 509 records successfully but failed with 1193 records... Would you mind sharing the XLSForm and report template file with us to look into? If it is possible, you can send them via email to me. Thanks, Zhifang
