If you can share the URL to the map we can try to reproduce the problem. It also may be that if desktop encounters something it can't handle, it may just ignore the whole layer. You might try changing the symbology of the layer in arcgis.com and see what happens... Thanks, mike

I think the reference to white was that the page was white, not tiles. The problem being addresses is the zoom to. Sounds like you may be experiencing something different? If you can share a web map with a set of steps to reproduce the problem, that would help. Thanks, mike

I'm not sure if there was an error uploading the file, but it only has one record, the header record. Can you upload again? Thanks, Mike

Yes, ArcGIS Online can't print layers based on services that are behind a firewall. You can view such services in the browser, if your browser is also running behind the firewall. This is because the browser resolves the URL to the internal service and doesn't pass through ArcGIS Online servers. However, as soon as you try to print, it does pass through ArcGIS Online servers, and thus must be externally available on the web. Thanks, Mike

If your university has a subscription to ArcGIS Online, they would need to invite you as a member of the organization in order to be able to use the credits the organization has. If you are using a public account (free) then they are not available to you. Thanks, Mike

I see this problem when adding the CSV file to the map, when I am not signed in. However, the addresses do match to the proper location, even when the country setting is "World". If I am signed in, I am able to set the country. We'll address this in our next update to the website. Thanks, Mike

So you are saying the point features display fine in arcgis.com. What happens if you change the layer symbology in ArcMap for the layers that aren't showing up, does that work? It seems like ArcMap is unable to resolve the URL to the image used as a symbol. Mike

I do not see this issue with IE. What version are you running? Does this happen with all of your maps? Can you share a web map that shows the problem? Thanks, Mike

Our records indicate you used up your allotment of 200 credits. Did you address match a spreadsheet or join some online content to your data? Both of these consume credits quickly. Thanks, Mike

When you look at a specific item, the count is correct. http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=37d010769e8c4d09a81198f1ce31a17a Unfortunately, there is a known issue where the count is incorrect in searches, like this. http://www.arcgis.com/home/search.html?q=owner%3AFairfaxCounty&t=content The count gets synced up whenever you update the item. Thanks, Mike
