URGENT - Problem with selecting country Austria on ArcGIS online

I am trying to tackle an Assignment but I am having a problem on ArcGIS online.  I am on the following steps:


1.     Browse??? ???pharmacies.txt??? and then click ???Import layer???

2.     Locate feature using Address (Country = Austria)
3.     Define the Location Fields, for each Field Name. These values will be used for the geocoding, so make sure that you choose the appropriate one from the dropdown list.


Anyway when I select Austria, it does select it but it then jumps back to the World.  It does not want to select Austria.  I have tried so many times.  Do you have any suggestions so that I can tackle this assignment please?

I'm not sure why the country won't stay as Austria. However, with World, all addresses matched for me.

Hi Mike

I need to use Austria as this is an instruction in my UNIGIS assignment question.  My lecturer asked me to use google chrome or Mozilla Firefox and it worked on her machine.  I have tried that and it still does not want to select Austria.  I live in South Africa and I work at Eskom.  ESRI are our service providers.  I will try to ask them what I can do to fix this.  Please if you can give me any suggestions?

I see this problem when adding the CSV file to the map, when I am not signed in. However, the addresses do match to the proper location, even when the country setting is "World".

If I am signed in, I am able to set the country.

We'll address this in our next update to the website.
