Are you saying an entire point layer is missing or just some of the features? Can you share a web map that shows the problem, with the steps to reproduce it? Thanks, Mike

I'm not sure why the country won't stay as Austria. However, with World, all addresses matched for me. Thanks, Mike

Are you the owner of the web application? If not, you'll only be able to open it. Not all web application templates are configurable. I assumed you were using the same template as the application you took a snapshot of, which is configurable. When you create a template, the configurable ones have a little gear icon displayed over the thumbnail (see attached image). I'm guessing you're using one that can't be configured. http://www.arcgis.com/home/group.html?owner=esri_fr&title=Web%20Application%20Templates Thanks, Mike

The view count shouldn't be getting reset. It may get reset if you delete an item and recreate it. Is it happening with specific types of items? What are you doing when you notice it gets reset? Can you provide a set of steps to reproduce the problem? Thanks, Mike

Dropbox works, you just have to get the right URL. When you right click the image in the browser, the browser will present options to copy the URL, etc. depending on the browser. The URL that worked for me is one that looks something like this: "https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/xxxxxxxxxx/some.csv?token_hash=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx=1" There are other photo hosting websites, like Flickr, Microsoft, Google, but you often have to do the same thing to get the actual image URL, because most go to a page in the website that displays the image. These companies typically want you to view the image on their page so that they can put ads on the page. They make it hard to get at the actual image data. Thanks, Mike

The link URL provided by DropBox is a link to a page that shows the image, not the actual image data. I did find that if I right-click the image I am able to get a URL that will resolve to the actual image. See this related post. http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/85839-Error-with-loading-csv-file-from-Dropbox-shared-link Thanks, Mike

Map notes are not meant for simultaneous editing. What I suspect is happening is that as each child saves their edit, it overwrites any existing edits. I suppose if the children made their edits sequentially, you could avoid the overwrite problem. Even with unique usernames, you won't be able to achieve what you want with map notes because map notes are stored in the web map that contains them and only the owner of the web map can make changes to it. The only way to achieve what you want is to create a hosted feature service, which requires a subscription to ArcGIS Online. Thanks, Mike

There is nothing out-of-the-box as far as I know. You'd have to write a custom app to do this. The challenging part will be figuring out if you're over land or not. thanks, Mike

Access to the service is controlled by how you share it in ArcGIS.com. If you share your item publicly, then anyone will be able to edit it without signing in. It will be totally public. If you want to restrict editing access to it, then the people who you want to edit will need to be members of your organization and have valid accounts within your subscription. Thanks, Mike

If you did the "get a link" option of DropBox and tried to add this link to ArcGIS.com, it will not work. I tried this and the link provided is to a page where you can download the file, not to the actual data of the file. Through trial and error, I was able to copy the download link URL (right-click the download button) and add this to ArcGIS.com. The URL looked like this: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/xxxxxxxxxx/some.csv?token_hash=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx=1 I don't know how long their security token is valid for, so it may work initially, but then not work later after the token expires (if it does). Thanks, Mike

Why do you need Find and Identify? Query should work. If I had to take an educated guess about whether the dynamic map service would have it, I'd guess no. The current thinking is that hosted dynamic mapping will be a capability of a hosted feature service, not a new hosted service type. But I'm not sure here... Thanks, Mike
