I have a Web Experience (ExB-1) that was created by initially duplicating a previously developed Web Experience (ExB-2) due to similar structures. I’ve updated ExB-1 to utilize new data and Web Maps, where there should no longer be any aspects of ExB-2 included in ExB-1. However, the ExB-1 item’s details page still lists the ExB-2 under the “Items used” section. I’ve gone through each widget in the ExB-1 and don’t see that ExB-2 anywhere; I’ve also confirmed the only data within the “Data” pane is that of ExB-1. Is there any way to learn where the items under the “Items used” section are within the Web Experience? Upon clicking an item under the "Items used" section I get directly to its details page, but I’m not able to see where it could still be laying within ExB-1. See screenshot attached of the "Items used" section.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is a bug. I've seen the item list show things that aren't actually there after an update.
Maybe check your contents pane in ExB and see if any other maps or data are listed still.
If you're fairly sure it doesn't have any references to the old ExB, it might be worth logging the issue with Esri.
@JonM32 thanks for your response! I had been wondering if it was a bug - that's helpful to know you've seen something similar. The "Data" pane of ExB doesn't show any of the old items, so I think I'm probably good - it was just unsettling to see in the "Items Used" section.
@Ellie_Linden Did you embed Exb2 into Exb1? Or are you saying that copying Exb2 to create Exb1 somehow maintained the reference to Exb2? One other thing to note is that the items used section reflects "published" apps. Did you publish the app again after making changes? Every time you publish, the system checks for items used in the app. It may be possible that there was some issue during this process. You could try editing the app in some small way and republishing it to see if that clears things up.
Hope this helps.
