Daniel, You will only have the skins folders if you have downloaded the flex API not just the viewer API: ArcGIS API for Flex | ArcGIS for Developers

One difference I have seen in the SQL between a file geodabase and sqlserver is that a file geodatabase is case sensitive and sqlserver isn't.

Luke, have a ve a look at the symmetrical difference tool to remove the areas that overlap: ArcGIS Help (10.2, 10.2.1, and 10.2.2) it requires an advanced licence though.

A 400 error normally occurs if your query is trying to return a field that does not exist, check the fields in your config match those in your rest endpoint (check field name spellings). Remember REST is also case sensitive.

They are normally determined by the order of the layers in your mxd. 0 being the top layer in your TOC, 1 being your second and so on. Note that a layer group also gets given a layer id.

Same problem I think they have linked their underlying service and not their web app. Their other apps such as the facilities monitor works.

I think it is definitely web mercator as my flex application is converting correctly, the only thing i can see which may be causing an issue is num 5, the code specifically floors to a double: double num5 = Math.Floor((double)((num4 + 180.0) / 360.0)); where yours is not: $num5 = floor(($num4 + 180.0) / 360.0); This maybe causing some rounding somewhere?

The chances are that it is in web mercator auxiliary sphere then as that is the coordinate system esri use for its basemaps. The maths for the conversion can be found on this blog: Oren Gal GIS Blog: Convert coordinates between Web Mercator and WGS84 Geographic

Rhett, You could turn off the ability to delete on the actual service in service manager this will ensure that accidental deletes cannot happen. I think this is where the attribute table gets its properties from: ArcGIS Viewer for Flex Regards Anthony

Robert, if make sure you have snapping turned on, then use the construction tools to drop your first point where you want it. Then switch your construction tool to point at end of line. Snap to your first point the press control L this will allow you to type in a distance. Click on the map where you want your next point then press f2 (or just double click to finish line). Your point will be placed at the distance you set. Then just keep repeating with the point at end of line tool. ArcGIS Help 10.1 regards Anthony
