Hi @RhettZufelt, This is great. Is there anyway you could show your whole script? Cheers, Heath

Hi @JamesTedrick, I saw that you have be post some messages on this blog regarding PDF417 and the barcode scanner. I can seem to validate a match using the code in above. When I test again some sample data or even real data I can't get past the data.match regex expression. It only is returning "null". It looks like it must be something with the regex. Any thoughts? I have attached my sample PDF417 I have been working with. @

Hi Adrian, I am working on something very similar using the PDF417 barcode. What calculation or .js did you use to calculate your individual text fields. I am struggling with this calculation. Best, Heath

Hi Xander, Yeah, I attempted to recreate this report in Pro however, Pro doesn't offer a grow/shrink property when you insert an attribute. I really need the grow/shrink option to be avaiable in Pro if I am ever to move this report out of ArcMap. But to answer your questions; yes, I have checked both the report file and layer file. Both are valid and the I can see the feature when i add the layer file to an arcmap session. If I open an ArcMap session and run the report in model builder it works fine. Best, Heat

I need some real help. I have recently upgraded from ArcMap 10.6.1 to 10.8.1. The script worked in 10.6.1 but post upgrade it no longer works. I have tried to break down the script but no such luck. Here is what I have tried. recreate lyr file recreate rlf file tried referenceing mxd vs layer file run in foreground only. Nothing has lead to success. If I run my code in ArcMap it runs successful but not in pyscripter or pythonIDE. import arcpy
arcpy.env.overwriteOutput = True
fc = arcpy.mapping.Layer(r'E:\GIS\Data\GIS\Dept\CommDev\HistoricPreservation\Inventory\HistoricInventory.lyr')
fields = ['OBJECTID', 'propkey', 'curraddress']
# For each row, print the WELL_ID and WELL_TYPE fields, and
# the feature's x,y coordinates
with arcpy.da.SearchCursor(fc, fields) as cursor:
for row in cursor:
print(u'{0}, {1}, {2}'.format(row[0], row[1], row[2]))
output = r'E:\GIS\Data\GIS\Dept\CommDev\HistoricPreservation\Inventory\Report.pdf'
rlf = r'E:\GIS\Data\GIS\Dept\CommDev\HistoricPreservation\Inventory\HistoricInventory_ReportLayout.rlf'
arcpy.mapping.ExportReport(fc,rlf,output) Here is what was returned. *** Remote Interpreter Reinitialized ***

I am looking for similar functionality. Is creating multiple indicators still the only way? Has someone found out how to do this with a serial chart? If not, did you submit it as and idea? https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-dashboards-ideas/idb-p/arcgis-dashboards-ideas

Hi Levi, Wondering if you've found a solution for this? We are also running Enterprise 10.6.1 an have found one of our services has a high TTFB, according to the chrome developer tools. The data references a File Geodatabase, on our federated public facing server, and is then consumed in ArcGIS Online for the newer style dashboard. Best, Heath

Not sure if you have solved this question yet, but if not I hope this helps. With the integration of arcade to the indicator widget it is possible to create a threshold. First, I created a variable, "var c" that references my value from the table in which I base my color. Next is an empty array, "var clr" that will hold the color from the if statement. Write your if statement and set the array variable equal to the hex color for each logic criteria. Finally I set the "backgroundColor" as the array variable. var c = $datapoint.riskValue
var clr = []
if(c >= 0.00001 && c < 10){
clr = "#1d8aff"
}else if (c >= 10 && c < 30){
clr = "#fff70e"
}else if (c >= 30 && c < 100){
clr = "#ff7134"
}else if (c >= 100){
clr = "#ff0000"
}else {
clr = "#ebebeb"
}
return {
//textColor:'',
backgroundColor: clr,
topText: 'Tranmission Rate',
//topTextColor: '',
//topTextOutlineColor: '',
topTextMaxSize: 'x-small',
middleText: $datapoint["riskValue"],
middleTextColor: '',
middleTextOutlineColor: '',
middleTextMaxSize: 'large',
//bottomText: '',
//bottomTextColor: '',
//bottomTextOutlineColor: '',
//bottomTextMaxSize: 'medium',
//iconName:'',
//iconAlign:'left',
//iconColor:'',
//iconOutlineColor:'',
//noValue:false,
//attributes: {
// attribute1: '',
// attribute2: ''
// }
} See website for great examples https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/ops-dashboard/real-time/pushing-the-limits-of-arcade-in-dashboards/ Cheers, Heath

I even copied the script directly from the blog and only changed out the fields and table, but still no luck SQL reference for query expressions used in ArcGIS—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation GDP2006 > (SELECT MAX(GDP2005) FROM countries) Not sure if or why but the query is on a stand alone table

Thank you Xander Bakker this is exactly what I was looking for. I modified the script to account for the current day and the previous 6 days. Here it is. Again, thank you. // Write a script to return a value to show in the pop-up.
// For example, get the average of 4 fields:
// Average($feature.SalesQ1, $feature.SalesQ2, $feature.SalesQ3, $feature.SalesQ4)
// define dates
var dateFormat = "MM/DD/Y"; // 12/31/2019
var dateTo = Text(DateAdd($feature.ReportDate, 1, 'days'), dateFormat);
var dateFrom = Text(DateAdd($feature.ReportDate, -6, 'days'), dateFormat);
console("Report Date between " + dateFrom + ' and date ' + dateTo );
// define query and apply filter
var sql = "ReportDate BETWEEN date '" + dateFrom + "' and date '" + dateTo + "'";
var fs = Filter($layer, sql);
// summarize values in field Positive for selected features
return Sum(fs, "Positive");
