So in the experience at my org, upgrading the javascript app to too high of a version created new issues after resolving the original issue seen at v4.18 (Maybe due to complexity of web app).  I started at v4.26 with many new errors , then downgraded to v4.23 with less errors and finally to v4.21 that fixed the original issue yet did not create new errors in the web app. ... Is your image service built from a raster mosaic dataset (RMD) and published from ArcMap since you are still at 10.8.1?  I ask because I have a custom print service using 10.9.1 image services published from ArcMap whose print-outs get degraded when the same RMD is published from Pro. ... As a test I would create simpler address locators with one role and see how that works compared to multi-role.  If that works as expected for each role, then I would start to add more than 1 role to each locator to see if you still get good results.  Good luck. ... View more

That has not been the case in my experience.  Luckily my org does not have too many mapservices, so it was practical to perform this task manually.  There are scripting options out there (python), but if you don't have too many services, it might just be faster to do this manually. ... View more

Did it matter what version of SQL Server that the input data was originating from? I ask because I am dealing with this issue with ESRI tech support on python scripts to bring SQL Server data into GIS and ESRI tech support is able to use arcpy.env.useCompatibleFieldTypes = True in Pro 3.2.2 on  SQL Server v2022 data, but this same code is not reverting date fields to standard precision for me with data from SQL Server v2019. ... Can you try creating a simple script just importing arcpy with a print statement before and after the import statement in the standard python environment, that is called from a bat file? This is what I needed to do at my org to determine that anti-virus software was interfering with running a python script thru Task Scheduler even though it ran fine when just running directly from the bat file. ...
