If the C-drive does not have enough space for temp files, doesn't the ESRI software warn you about this so you know this is the issue? ... View more

Can you try running the script where the csv file is local to the machine to see if in that scenario you get successful repeatable results? If that works I would add code to copy csv file to local drive from shared drive before running the geoprocess. I say this because I have experienced these kind of issues when trying to source data from a network location as well as save data to a network location. ... View more

What format is the polygon feature class stored in (file gdb or enterprise gdb)? I just shared a polygon layer in a file gdb with just over 100 complex features (many vertices) to AGOL in under 1 minute. I would try a simpler data set (points) and see how long that takes. ... View more

Is anyone aware of data loss from converting an enterprise gdb feature class to a geojson file for upload to AGOL?
