My Esri Release - July 24th, 2019

We will be moving forward with a minor release of My Esri on Wednesday July 24th^th at 5pm (PST).   Key enhancements and fixes that will be included are listed below. The team has also been working on new submit license request functionality to help users administer licenses easier and more efficiently. This addition is targeted to be released later in August and will include an overview video.

My Esri Release Items

General

• Resolved the issue where the My Default selection was not clearing on the My Profile tab.

Transactions

• Fixed the issue where the Maintenance Quote list on the Transactions tab could not be exported to Excel.

Licensing

• Resolved the issue where certain extensions couldn't be licensed at version 10.4.1 and prior.
• Resolved the issue where the Recover Lost License data was not displaying accurately.

In relation to 'Resolved the issue where certain extensions couldn't be licensed at version 10.4.1 and prior.' I've had a similar issue with ArcGIS Server Standard Enterprise. The license provisioning process does not allow me to request a v10.5.1 license.

To close this out, I contacted ESRI support and they were able to 'add' 10.5.1 to the drop down menu on the request a license screen for me. This issue may be specific to your ESRI customer # so if you don't see the version number you require don't hesitate to contact support.esri.com.
