Esri Community: How to be notified via e-mail as a comment is added to one of my ideas?

I couldn’t figure out how to be notified via e-mail as a comment is added to one of my ideas.

• All  relevant settings are checked as per the screenshots below. Nothing is related to ideas section
• I did check the spam\junk but it’s not there

When you log in, do you get notifications here?

If you do and you don't get and actual email (If you have email set) then check on your end about what is allowed by your organization's email settings.  

Alternately, use a non-corporate email address

or Contact Tech Support.

I totally opted out from "email" notifications (volume and bother) and simply let the "ringing bell" notifications do the work.

My e-mail is yahoo and thus no specific settings by the organization

Get a gmail account

It could be yahoo 

gmail lets everything through (which is why I don't use it 😉 )

The issue is not with the e-mail account. It’s that e-mail notifications of Ideas and Community basics are not sent or at least not stable when it comes to sending e-mail notifications

The instability lies elsewhere.

@DanPatterson is correct. There are no other reports from other users that notifications are not being received nor is there a stability issue with notifications so therefore it is not on our Known Issues list.

As recommended we can change your account email address to an alternative if you email us at esricommunity@esri.com and see if the limitation/issue is with your current email account provider. You should also ensure that our email address esricommunity@esri.com is on your safe sender list so it doesn't get caught up in spam/junk filters.

If you mean an email when it gets a kudo, you don't.  If you mean when, or if it gets implemented, you don't, but it will be announced on the list of things implemented when a version of Pro changes.
