Esri Community: How to be notified via e-mail as a comment is added to one of my ideas?

I couldn’t figure out how to be notified via e-mail as a comment is added to one of my ideas.

• All  relevant settings are checked as per the screenshots below. Nothing is related to ideas section
• I did check the spam\junk but it’s not there

Despite the fact that the “e-mail me when someone replies” option is checked, I don’t receive an e-mail notification as the status of my idea is changed

It is still and idea, so its status hasn't changed.

Are you saying that someone posted on your idea and you didn't get an email? (and you check your junk/spam email folder?)

Both! changed and comment with no notification!

try bookmarking it and get someone in your org to post on it.  My bookmarks get the notification

I have been struggling in getting the notifications even in the pervious version of the esri forum (geonet). I think it’s not stable:

• Sometimes, I do receive the notifications
• All relevant options and settings in the esri community are checked correctly
• Nothing in the spam\junk e-mail

I have never had an issue.  Perhaps it is the receiving end that has limitations, especially through corporate/government destinations.  That is something that would be widespread and you would have to see if others in your locale are experiencing the same issues.

No settings related to ideas sections are available! Please, have a look in the screenshots below

since everything is "immediately" and you are getting nothing, I would contact tech support.

If you subscribed to your own posts or ideas then you should get them... I don't know if "email" is the best option in any event.  the "bell notification" by your avatar works well and you can check them when you log in.
