In my utility netwotk I haven't errors when i call "validate utility networks" but when I modify a Subnetwork Controller and update the subnetwork it has parameter dirty=True (in subnetwork table).
Can you give some more details about the problem? error code, error message etc, and you can get more useful comments if you support it with screenshots.
