How do I hide my survey after it's published?

I'm wanting to prevent a survey from showing up in the list of downloadable surveys in the Survey123 app. I've already changed the collaboration settings so it's not shared with anyone, but it still shows up and users are still able to download it.

Users are unable to submit data, but I don't want the survey showing up at all.

Hi @ChelseaTabor1

To remove the survey that was previously downloads to the user's Survey123 app, please see this post: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/survey-123-remove-old-survey-templates/td-p...

As far as still being able to access a survey that is only shared with the owner, I was able to reproduce this behavior using Survey123 3.11 and ArcGIS Online. Can you confirm the version of Survey123 you're using and if you're using ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS? Are you able to contact Esri Support Services to log a case to investigate this further?

That's the same version I'm using and I'm using ArcGIS Online.

Are there any updates on this topic? This is a huge issue for us, I have surveys that I need to keep but which are no longer in use, and staff are still able to download and fill them out despite being closed/not accepting responses. It is causing unnecessary confusion.
