Hi @ChelseaTabor,  To remove the survey that was previously downloads to the user's Survey123 app, please see this post: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/survey-123-remove-old-survey-templates/td-p/783610 As far as still being able to access a survey that is only shared with the owner, I was able to reproduce this behavior using Survey123 3.11 and ArcGIS Online. Can you confirm the version of Survey123 you're using and if you're using ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS?
