ArcGIS Personal Use with ArcGIS Maps for Power BI

I have a question,  can you confirm me if the ArcGIS Personal Use has the ArcGIS Maps for Power BI App?

As of January 2020, PowerBI requires an add on license in order to have access to premium content (source).

However, depending on your workflow, you may not need this feature. The standard user type comes with many features at no cost to you! Please see this document for more info.
