Hi Mohammed,

At which point in the authoring process of a dashboard do you see this message? When trying to configure an element in dashboard? Which element? FYI: in general, ArcGIS Dashboards supports feature and image layers,

Hope this helps,
Thank Derek for your quick replay,
actually, when I configure an element :
1- using statistics in any widgets for example ( feature or group values )
2- when I try to filter any widget using map extent it even sometime the layer not appear at even after remove the action.
appreciated your support.
The error message you posted suggests that the data you want to use in the element is not supported or not accessible.
dear,
I think my issues in type of layer, could you please explain how can create feature service.
How did you solve this issue?
Hi guys
Although i had a very thorough research an a lot of forums no solution was found. After making my own research the problem seems to be ''data store'' and data communication especially if host your data on SDE drive. Easiest workaround is just RE SHARE your service with no amendments on it.
Here are a few possible solutions:- Did you override your data source feature layer? When you have tables attached to it, check the table order. Assign layer IDs: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/sharing/overview/assign-layer-ids.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_11B19A48477F49FDBD61038AE0B851B2
- If you use Views in an EGDB, Register the Views prior (!) adding the Tables to your Map in ArcGIS Pro for publishing or check the Data Source for your Layers to make sure the registered Geodatabase View is used and not the "normal" database view

This Works When you hit the error for can't access data in the dashboard, what i found out was at some point when you share the data to the public it stops letting the dashboard see the information. After changing it back to the owner or org you can see it again but if you want to share it at any point you can't anymore. There may need to be a fix for this.
I'm having the same issue with a data layer. It displays fine in an Indicator and a Series Chart but when I select a subset through a category selector, the Indicator updates to the new grouping (in this case a county in New Jersey) but the Series Chart does not update and I get the cannot access data error. I would think both items relying on this dataset wouldn't work but it's just the series chart.
