Would Includes() work in a data expression with the Filter() function? I would be trying to convert the "=" to SQL IN to account for a comma separated list. Filter(project_table, `Contractor_Assigned = '${user_company}'`) I don't have the full array list of possible values to compare to with Includes() but have been trying to use Distinct() to create it from the field.

@IsmaelChivite do you have any ideas on this issue? I am running into a similar issue where the search function works fine with a where clause using the mobile app but not in the web form. Does the web form not support the where clause in a search appearance? I've tried Sarah's work around above and am getting the same error. They mentioned version 3.19 so I tried adding "?version=3.19" to the end of my URL but the same error shows up.

Has there been any update on this? Still seems to be the same on 3.5.2 Editing my own reply. There's a setting in the Create Project Template tool for "Share outside of organization". This will package everything used in the project into separate GDBs. Any layers link to network drives get their own, along with map servers and feature services. Toolboxes and notebooks are also copied to the new project and are pathed to their new location.

@IsmaelChivite Seeing now that grids are supported on the web form, I noticed that using the width and another appearance does not work. For example, if I set a width of 2 for a group and then use "w2, minimal" as the appearance, the web form puts the questions side by side.

@JakeSkinner I'm running into an issue with the append step where no features are added, leaving the feature service empty. Everything else seems to work, though I did have to note out the same line that @ChrisJRoss13 had trouble with. If I note out the delete steps and check the file GDBs, everything is intact. I can "Publish" from the zipped GDB from the Portal item page and the layer it creates matches and has all of the features. I did double check that the feature service supports appends which was set to true but noticed that it doesn't list a GDB as an accepted type: "supportedAppendFormats": "shapefile,geojson,csv,featureCollection,excel,jsonl" Would this cause the Append step to not add any features?

We experienced this same error after the update as well. Under the settings for the layer that the choice list was pulling from, we had to check off Update under what kind of editing is allowed. It was only set to Add when we first looked and checking off Update and attributes only seemed to fix it. Our layer and survey structure might be different but our survey creates records in a related table which is related to a point layer in the same service. The choice list points to the main point layer.

I am trying to set up an arcade expression in the layer symbology that will differentiate features with and without attachments. The Count(Attachments($feature)) part works great in a popup attribute expression and returns the necessary values but I am getting an error when trying to use the same code in the symbology expression. It is saying 'Attachments' is not defined. Here's my code: If(Count(Attachments($feature)) > 0) {
// if count is greater than zero there are attachments
return 'Has Attachments'
} else {
// otherwise the feature has been inspected but missing photos
return 'No Attachments'
} The funny part is, if I click run to test, it gives me the correct output but the Done button is grayed out.

@IsmaelChivite Was there a solution for this? I can't imagine setting up a new flow every time the token expires is the intended workflow.

Hey not sure if you figured out a solution but I found something that worked for me. I wanted to add my workaround in case anyone else came across this. It uses a nested if to concat a usable string depending on negative or not and single or double digit. I started with a calculate field called {UTC} to pull in the UTC using the calculation: pulldata("@property", 'utcOffset') Then a second field called {UTCoffset} that concats the string: if(${UTC}<0 and ${UTC}>-10, concat("-0",(${UTC}*-1),":00"),if(${UTC}<=-10 or ${UTC}>=10, concat(${UTC},":00"),if(${UTC}>=0 and ${UTC}<10, concat("0",${UTC},":00"),"00:00"))) Then in the report template, I put: ${CreationDate | utcOffset:UTCoffset}

Do you have to change these values back once done making changes? Is there a downside to leaving them as is to keep the main service schema editable? Can it corrupt anything?

@IsmaelChivite Is this still the best way to accomplish the closest feature search? Are there any options for a public survey like the "?distance=" search? Not sure in what order those records are returned or if they could be sorted by distance.

Thank you! I was in the process of editing my post as I just figured that out. I added an extra step to pull the entire JSON first and then parse but will take that out and add the where clause to the @ layer calculations like you did. Keeps it simpler. Thanks again, Tim
