Still seeing this at Pro 3.7.0. Trying to append to a brand-new hosted feature layer. No errors, but no features are appended. At least give us an error message please.

Our server is at "x.ewashtenaw.org". We already had "ewashtenaw.org", but I just added an additional entry for "x.ewashtenaw.org" just in case. Unfortunately, it still adds without an error, but nothing appears on the map. Some weird behavior we noticed for this layer is that while the item in AGO is the saved URL to the specific index of one layer in the larger service, in Flight when it's added, it shows visibility toggles for many of the other layers in the larger service. Still, none of them actually appear on the map.

Hi @AndrewBowne, thanks for taking a look at my post. Yes, we are on the latest version and have tried logging out and restarting the device. We are connected to the internet in the field. We do not have Site Scan, just AGO. The only layers we can get to work are hosted layers. I thought maybe the permissions issue was due to setting the referrer URL on some of our items and we indeed don't get that specific error when trying one without any set on it, but the layer never loads on the map. Hence, I wondered if it was a projection issue. Though, a hosted feature layer in our local projection did load in the app. It seems to be that only hosted feature layers are addable. Those services we've published through our own ArcGIS Server and saved credentials for in an item in AGO are not viewable in the app.

We aren't able to bring in layers from our Portal or ArcGIS Online to use in ArcGIS Flight. We get errors like "You do not have permissions to access this resource or perform this operation" even though they are shared with us. Are there any criteria for which layers work? Like, do they need to be in web mercator? Do they have to be hosted or can they be secured services with saved credentials in AGO? Do they have to be public?

I'm able to change it in the web designer (even though it's published from Connect). Change it down here and then click Published and then Publish in the top right corner. Then it saved the new color for me.

15 years later and this basic functionality still isn't a thing. I wonder why ESRI says it "will not be addressed". So many of my users miss the notification to accept the invite and I have to try and remember which groups I had invited them to months ago.

I would like it to be able to search on the full file path or connection parameters for the favorites too, especially because it would be very limiting to only search on the folder names that appear.

Please let us set the default for these two options in Pro's settings: Show Field Aliases and Show Domain and Subtype Descriptions When writing Python and using Field Calculator, I want to be able to see the actual values in the fields. It's a hassle to keep toggling both of these settings off each time.

If you have "Enable and disable editing from the Edit tab" enabled so that you have to manually start an edit session in ArcGIS Pro, can we also have that functionality under a layer's (in the Contents panel) right click menu? When you have a lot of layers in a map, you have to hunt through a list of Workspaces that all look the same (Enterprise Geodatabase, Feature Service Data, etc.) to turn on the right one each time. I believe this functionality was in ArcMap and it was nice to enable the edit session directly from the layer you know you want to edit. Gave me peace of mind to know I was editing the right layer and saved time.

We can have multiple Catalog Views open, so can we also have multiple Catalog Panes open? I prefer the slimmed view of the pane that removes the metadata/geography/table portion. The downside of using a Catalog View is that it takes over the Contents panel too. I'd like to be able to see the contents of my map and add data to my map as I'm doing file management.

I'm seeing this issue for the first time, years after this thread started. I see duplicate labels on my polygons when I print at 250 or 300 dpi. Printing at 96 dpi fixes it, but then my users are unhappy with the resolution.

Hi @ShanaBritt , thanks for responding. I did have everything checked on when publishing, but FindAddressCandidates fails even on the REST endpoint until I check on the Geocode operations allowed that I circled in red. It broke in our main parcel viewer application that we built with VertiGIS Studio Web. All it has me do is enter the .../GeocodeServer service URL for the search box to work. It is a publicly available geocoding service, so no security elements to worry about. I'll send you a message with the exact URLs so you can see.

I was able to publish and overwrite geocoding services fine with ArcGIS Pro 3.5. As of Pro 3.6, when publishing to server 11.5+, Geocode is not appearing as an allowed operation. Even with everything checked, I have to go into Server Manager after publishing and manually check Geocode on under Operations Allowed so that my applications don't break. Otherwise, if you try to use Find Address Candidates on the REST endpoint, it just says "requested operation is not supported by this service". I put a support ticket in about this, but I was told it was "as designed." That doesn't seem good, though, as it breaks the ability to use the geocoding service in my applications to search for addresses.
