Hello @GauravJobanputra , I am experiencing the same issue, thank you for the update. I'm also running into an issue using the Create Mobile Map Package geoprocessing tool and wonder if it could be related. When running the tool, it starts up and then just seems to hang. It looks like it's doing something but checking CPU, memory, and GPU activity it's hard to believe it is actually doing anything and eventually I end up having to kill the job which then hangs Pro and I have to kill Pro from task manager. We've been using the geoprocessing tool as part of a model that publishes the MMPK and then shares it to Portal for quite awhile now without issue until updating to 3.1.

Depending on how the PDF was produced, there are tools, such as FME, that can extract vector data from PDF. You would have to find a way to georeference then write to your Indoors schema. However, you could also digitize directly to your indoors schema but you would have to manually supply all of the required indoors schema attribute values for every feature. Once you have base floor plan data in the Indoors schema, I think you could then use the geoprocessing tools to start creating your routing network and additional feature classes such as people, events and other operational feature classes you might need. Trying to start using the latest version of ArcGIS Pro on windows 10. However, the application hangs constantly and must be killed from Task Manager. There are many use cases for labeling on the client or it would not have been introduced in the 3.x API and supported in 3D right? I am aware you can use a MapImage layer however, it would be nice to work with a feature layer client side including selection of features, labeling, tables etc.

This effectively eliminates the use of query layers in the new version of operations dashboard. If you try to create a category filter for instance, it executes a statistics query before retrieving distinct values!

Here is some code I have used in the past to do something similar that might be a starting point. I was using this class in several Web App Builder applications. It did not automatically refresh a token like you are trying to do but intercepted presentation of the user sign in dialog triggered when the IdentifyManager detects a missing or invalid (expired) token.

I've found many of the SceneView examples work just fine on my iPhone and iPad. webglreport.com reports that my iPhone 6 supports WebGL 1. In an application I'm working based on a webscene, everything works fine, including setting elevationInfo, adding callouts to symbols and setting featureReduction to 'selection', on mobile devices I've tested until I set screenSizePerspectiveEnabled to true on a feature layer in the application. It would be useful if the API documentation would clarify which WebGL features individual classes or functionality needed so we could test for support. In my application, I ended up just set screenSizePerspectiveEnabled to false when the height or width breakpoint is 'small' or 'xsmall'. I'm sure there is a better way to handle this but this approach works for now.
