Since I've only got two input datasets I ended up using PairwiseIntersect in my script. It works for this process just fine. Still don't know why regular Intersect fails on this combination of data.

I have same issue. V2.7.1 intersect with two polygon featureclasses. One has about 450 polys (file gdb), the other is our countywide parcel fabric (from an SDE server). Both datasets and dataframe are same projection info. Works if I have parcel layer with def query (using Tshp Sec Rng references) that keeps record count below about 15,000 parcels. Anything more than that and it fails with the same 160196 Invalid Topology error. Have tried it with different geographic areas of our parcel fabric and it fails at different polygon count thresholds, but typically somewhere between 10,000-20,000 records.

ArcGIS Pro 2.4.1 have a 45-degree rotation on map layout. Am trying to get UTM map grid labels to rotate to match the grid lines. Rotation option in text formatting menu allows selection of 45 degree rotation, but reverts to zero once I apply changes. Is this a bug? Is there another way to do this?

Russel, This morning I opened each of the three web maps that have this issue in the Bellingham Bike Map storymap application. I deleted and then re-inserted the dark-grey esri basemap, and saved my changes in each web map. This seems to have solved the issue for the moment. It's like the individual webmaps were hanging onto some previous tiling scheme or something… strange since it's all coming from the same server, but the re-load seems to have fixed it. I'll let you know if it crops up again. Chris

Hi Russel, It's the current version (61.0.3163.100, 64-bit). Here's the direct link to the map that is doing this. http://arcg.is/115C1u Chris

Anyone get basemap tile glitches like the white areas shown below? This is happening with the esri dark grey basemap. Typically only in Chrome. Clearing browser cache doesn't fix it....
