@MDB_GIS Thanks for sharing your workaround. Sorry, I didn't state it clearly. The regression exists in the Survey widget. After it submits the updates, it failed to sync the status with the framework.

@MDB_GIS This is a regression bug introduced in the February update. The expected behavior is that the List widget updates automatically when the data source changes. A fix is planned for the June update.

Please try the Search widget. If you have configured the Esri World Geocoding Service as the search source, you can search by coordinates in the following ways: x/y coordinates; x refers to longitude (east-west coordinates), and y refers to latitude (north-south coordinates) Military Grid Reference System (MGRS) coordinates United States National Grid (USNG) coordinates Coordinates in a spatial reference specified by a well-known ID (WKID) The supported format is: X, Y: WKID. For example: -13046165.572, 4036389.847 : 102100. Yes, both the logo and icons. You don't need to change anything, the app can automatically handle the correct protocol for these image resources.

Tomas, You can try the Query widget. If you set a related table as the query source, from the result you can "View all related records" from the context menu to find the related features.

Robert and Matthew, It turns out a bug. The uploaded images are stored with HTTP protocol. The fix will be available in the next update of AGOL (should be on Thursday). Thanks for reporting this.

Erik, This should be the same problem as a reported bug: BUG-000110037 Field with domain applied cannot be edited using the Batch Attribute Editor in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS. It has been addressed in the latest AGOL update. Please double check it.
