Hi @NathanBaier1 - you for sure can achieve this with Arcade. Start by looking at the documentation I've linked here, the "Classify unique values" section, and see if that gets you on your way. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/set-custom-expressions-for-symbology.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_1DB160D7ED7F430AA0E4A8E030C15875 You could create an if-else statement with your Top 10 being the "if," and everything else falling under "else".

Hello everyone, The error "Requested operation cannot be completed" is a generic error returned by the Symbology pane when it enters an invalid state. Similar to "Error 999999", there are a variety of reasons this error can be returned by the application. If you see this error, and it is preventing you from proceeding with your symbology, please contact Esri Technical Support so we can troubleshoot the issue. Thank you.

Hi @ChelseaRozek, I see you are symbolizing polygons with unique values. There is a way to accomplish this workflow through ArcGIS Pro, through the color scheme settings. In the Symbology pane, click the color scheme drop-down and click "Format color scheme..." Then adjust the Transparency setting located here: The transparency setting is applied to all features using the scheme. I hope this helps!

Hi @ArmandoFreites16 , I think what you want to do is use the "Format all symbols" option and choose the symbol you'd like for your feature class. Then, you want to choose the color scheme you want to apply again from the menu. Doing so will color the new symbols with your chosen scheme. Let me know if this answers your question.

Hi there, It could be, but I'm not able to recreate this problem with the default options applied. We'd need more information from you. Do you have an unique elevation surface in your scene, or have you tried applying any of the presets? Even with heights smaller than 20 m, in your video, the bottom of the cylinder changes its height.

Hello everyone, You should see this problem (finally) resolved in the ArcGIS Pro 2.7 release. See BUG-000130854: Field values that are less than or equal to one perc.. for more information.

Hi Gerald, number 3 should be possible, although it is not completely straightforward. Can you follow the steps on this web help page and let us know if you see issues again with the Unclassed symbols? https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/mapping/layer-properties/symbolize-binned-feature-layers.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_1D450A8ADA074F22BAC73D8F16C6C842

Hi Jared Pilbeam, If you have all your roads in one feature layer, and all you need is one of the default designs, one way to do this is to go to the Feature Layer's Labeling tab > enable labeling (click the icon on the far left), and then in the Text Symbol section of the toolbar, click the Symbol Style drop-down. There are a variety of different highway shield styles to choose from. (Hint: If the symbols are all rotated when you first put them down, change the Label Placement setting to "Shield" as well.) Understood, Alison Mynsberge. What I suggest doing is providing the recommendation directly to the Support Website team. Click the "Send Feedback" link at the bottom of any Support.esri.com page (such as this one). They receive these feedback and make enhancements/changes to the site based on the feedback. As for foresight on Collector, which is the ultimate goal, the only thing I can think of is the work being done through the Collector Aurora Project.

Thanks for your comment, Alison Mynsberge. It's unfortunately not possible to filter and create a list like this on the Esri Support website. However, Product Managers publish Release Notes at the product's release date that includes a list of all issues addressed in the release. For example, here is the ArcGIS Pro 2.2 Issues Addressed List. You may be also interested in our What's New pages (Collector, as well). I hope this helps. And Go Badgers!

Hi Elizabeth, Can you clarify your environment? I read on another customer's issue that was similar to this, where they stated that "the combination of ArcGIS 10.5.1, Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Community, and ArcObjects SDK for .NET Framework 10.5.1.156291 worked" and that this resolved the error. Are you able to check these? Either VS 2015 Community, Professional, or Premium editions should be fine.

BLOG

Hello there, and welcome! We've been preparing for this day, and we are almost ready! But before we move all the way in, I would like to introduce you to the new home of the Esri Support Services Blog. Previously, our blog and several other Esri blogs would post their updates to the blogs.esri.com domain. Now we are moving here to the Esri Community (GeoNet) website, a move that is great for everyone. In the Technical Support group, we'll have more opportunities to engage with you and help further your GIS goals with the ArcGIS Platform. As blog readers, not only will you gain access to a plethora of forum discussion topics, ideas, and community groups involving Esri, GIS, and The Science of Where, but you will be able to participate in all of this content in a single place. If you are not familiar with our previous blog, then all you have to do is prepare yourself for some new content from the Esri Support team! However, if you were a regular reader, you may want to know what this move means - i.e. accessing previous blog posts, RSS feeds, and the like. The following thread goes into more detail, but here are some highlights: The "official" move date period is early to mid-October 2017. The home page URL for the new site is https://community.esri.com/groups/technical-support/. All links to blogs from our old website will automatically redirect to their new URLs on GeoNet. No need to update your bookmarks or edit your posts - we got you covered. Some blogs were not migrated (e.g., Happy Halloween 2009). If a blog was not migrated, you will be redirected to the Technical Support home page. You do *not* need an account to access this blog, but you will need an account in order to post comments, like posts, etc. As administrators, we have thoroughly enjoyed developing and growing our blog site over the years, and we hope you will join us on our next voyage within this community. -Greg and Megan
