Hi Najya, I'd like to be able to control the pop-up order too. I often want to show multiple features at the same location. For instance green energy projects on farms, and farms with net zero energy status, would overlap. It would be nice to have the pop-up for the farm show first. Did you find another way to present this type of data- maybe in an application? Thanks, Dake

I thought that if the representations were stored as geometry overrides in the geodatabase, the disperse markers tool would alter those overrides, not the original feature geometry. Is this incorrect?

Callouts are a wonderful thing! There's one unfortunate problem with these however. When the text box is positioned so the long side of the text box is orthogonal to the pointer's end point, the pointer becomes very wide and obscures the map contents. My feeling is that the width of the pointer where it intersects the box should always be the same. Most of the time the problem is avoidable, but sometimes not. Is there a way to control the pointer's width? Thanks

Ah, I see- one must set the reference scale when in data view, not layout view.

How do you create very small labels? I want them to pack them in, and I assume they will only be legible when I zoom in on the pdf I create.

Hi Tom, I'm using 2.3.1. When I click the map/extent in the gallery, it is not added to the TOC. I was sure drawing a box was required to display the map frame but single-clicking in the layout seems to do it this morning, and it does add to the TOC at that time. I had not updated the version of instructions for Looking at the Getting Started With ArcGIS Pro. The earlier version doesn't require you to click in the layout, but I see the instructions for 2.3.1 do tell you to click in the layout to add the Map Frame. I wonder why the change. Thanks, Dake

I have the basemap on. When I Insert > Map Frame, I have the choice off adding available maps at the default extent or at the current extent of that map. Either way, I see nothing in the layout. Right-clicking the new Layout and zooming to page or 100% also yields nothing. (I'm not sure what the Rectangle Button is. I'm in 2.3.1 Thanks

For some reason I cannot add a map frame to a layout. I went back to ESRI training materials (Getting Started with ArcGIS Pro, 5 hrs 30 min, section Create Map Layouts), and still could not, although I had no trouble when I did the course. I've tried other data as well. Possibly relevant??:: I did fiddle around with Project>Options>General>Create Projects in the interim and don't know what the default settings are. Any thoughts?

When you add an editable layer to Pro, editing is enabled by default. There is no "save edits" option available if you haven't done any editing, but you still have to disable editing on the layer in order to add a field. Use the List By Editing tab in the TOC.

When monitoring properties, our staff often take multiple photos at each waypoint feature they create (typically along the property boundary). A way to add attributes to each photo is needed, such as a Description field. I tried creating a new WP_attributes table and relating it to the Waypoint_ATTACH table, but Collector doesn't pay any attention to it.

Hi Jake, This is a popular question, but the link provided doesn't go into much detail on how to set this up using the Edit widget. I'd like to keep my feature class (Farms) not editable, while having the related table (Grants) editable. I'd like the user to be able to view any farm and add/edit grants for each farm. I published the existing data with a relationship class, with Farms as the Origin class and Grants as the Destination table, since I don't want users (except myself) to change any farm data. Thanks, Dake

I ran 4 same -variable tests on about 1000 records, and got match rates between 802 and 820. Then I did the same test, but this time using the "Rematch Automatically" button immediately after the initial match. The end results were almost identical (833 matched). I will always run the automatic rematch henceforth.
