hi Geoffrey, First, i think you will need to use Web app builder developer edition, which is easier for customizing purpose. And if you have developer version, you can actually modify the widget.js file inside the widgets\Query folder. I think there might be several steps to achieve it: 1. you could find where it is getting the response of the query, then you can get all the selected features from response.features. 2. you could build an array of the objectids from all the response.features. 3. then setDefinitionEXpression based on the objectids, for example: this.map.itemInfo.itemData.operationalLayers[0].layerObject.setDefinitionExpression("objectid=1 or objectid =2"); There might be other tons of better ways to do that though. Thanks Chen

hi Russell, I think you will need to publish your own NA service which could calculate service area based on impedance value as travel distance instead of travel time, for example, the service used in our sample:Service Area - Network/USA , you will see there is an Impedance parameter which has value of "minutes", And to adjust it ,for example to "Meters", you can do that from the ArcMap from your layer properties, see the attached screenshot below: However, you can use buffer task of JS api to create a buffer zone based on the drive distance. DriveBuffer | API Reference | ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.17 CreateBuffers | API Reference | ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.17 Thanks Chen

Hi Geoffery, I noticed that you are able to change it in the widgets\Query\nls\Widget_en.js (if you are using other languages, just find the corresponding widget_xx.js). And you can search for "Tasks" and "Results" in this file, you are able to replace them with anything you want. Thanks Chen

hi Massimiliano, I think you could use category to filter your suggest result, for example: http://geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer/suggest?f=json&text=redlands&maxSuggestions=6&categor… You could check the link here for details about possible values for the category: Category filtering—ArcGIS REST API: World Geocoding Service | ArcGIS for Developers

Hi Chris, Both of the errors look like the cross domain issue, even the second error should be originating from the cors error. so i will suggest to set up a proxy for the NA service. Using the proxy | Guide | ArcGIS API for JavaScript Chen

Hi Behrouz, I think you should be able to customize your infotemplate using html like this: var content = "<b>Status</b>: ${STATUS}" + "<br><b>Cummulative Gas</b>: ${CUMM_GAS} MCF" + "<br><b>Total Acres</b>: ${APPROXACRE}" + "<br><b>Avg. Field Depth</b>: ${AVG_DEPTH} meters"; var infoTemplate = new InfoTemplate("${FIELD_NAME}", content); for more details, please check here: Format info window content | Guide | ArcGIS API for JavaScript

Hi Rahul, this is a known browser restriction, when you attempt to open an HTTP-based layer in the map viewer that's on HTTPS, the layer may not load correctly or may behave differently across browsers and browser versions. This applies to layers you add to your map and layers in existing maps. Some browsers may successfully load these layers. For security reason it is suggested to keep it consistent. However there is a workaround if you have to use it that way, you could use proxy and tell the browser to go through the http service is safe. You could achieve that by setting up the proxy, and add the services urls start with http in the proxy.config file. Please find more information on how to set up proxy: Using the proxy | Guide | ArcGIS API for JavaScript

Hi Dave, What is the version of the Javascript API that you are using? I had issue before when using previous version of JS API with ie 11, which has the zooming issue kind of like what you described. So you could try to upgrade to the latest version of JS API.

Hi Ammar, It has been a while, so i am not sure if you already figured it out or not. But for your information, i used to see the same issue. Just make sure inside the CreatRestSchema() function, you will need to specify the parameter on your rest page within the RestOperation as "zip". otherwise, the default format will be html and json, which will corrupt your zip folder. for example: RestOperation operations = new RestOperation("downloadZip", new string[] { "Foldername" }, new string[] { "zip" }, downloadZip, downloadZipwithName); Thanks Chen
