The current release of Capital Project Coordination requires functionality that is not yet in ArcGIS Enterprise. As some of this functionality is added, we're hoping we can reassess and get the solution working in ArcGIS Enterprise.

Hi James, Sorry to hear you are hitting some issues. I've followed the workflow myself and it seems to work for me. Do you know what role you have in your organization? I'm wondering if that could be preventing the template updates. As for the second issue, the latest release of ArcGIS Online had a small change in where the Forms button can be found. It is now nested underneath the "Configure Editing" button. Andy

Hi Leah, The "Fiscal Year" filter works with a contains operator. When a new funding record is generated, via Capital Project Catalog or Capital Project Coordination, the year is concatenated into a field on the source project. This field ends up having every year for which funding is added. When the filter is used, it simply searches that field for the year selected and then filters the data. Simply put, you the strings in the Value column for the data options should match what the fiscal year drop down looks like in the Capital Project Catalog or Capital Project Coordination applications. This will all the dashboard to be responsive when the filter is used. Hope this helps! Andy

Hi Leah, When designing the gannt chart for Capital Project Coordination, we did not consider non standard fiscal years. That being said, the GIS Request Management solution also uses a gantt chart which focuses instead on individual months instead of quarters. You could easily lift the expression from this solution and give it a shot if months seems a little more like what you'd need. Andy

Hi Leah, You are correct, the fiscal years and funding sources are used by the dashboards to help slice and dice data. Unfortunately, due to how related records function in ArcGIS Online, we can't create the funding record information at the same time as the initial record -- we always have to go back and add it during an edit. We've exposed the related record in Capital Project Catalog application and the Manage tab in Capital Project Coordination. To access this, all you'd need to do is start editing the records and you should be able to see/add funding information. We realize the multiple funding sources over multiple years may occur in some organizations which is why they are plural in UI, but that should be pretty easy to change if that doesn't happen for you. Hope this helps! Andy

Hi @DunnGIS , Glad to see you are on top of the WebApp Builder deprecation! To answer you're question, the views of the layer filter out the data which has the phase set to "Complete" this way only ongoing projects can be seen in the apps. All of the data should continue to exist on the main feature service. That being said, we are getting ready to release a new version of the capital project solutions. We're combining both planning and tracking into a single solution called Capital Project Coordination. This will be an end to end workflow for project portfolio creation all the way through planning, and project completion. This uses the modern apps that you've come to know and love and incorporates new workflows around conflict detection and coordination with external agencies. This will be releasing in the next month, so if you can wait it will be a huge update. We've also posted a small sneak peek if you want to check it out!

Hi Garth, We don't have anything specifically for transportation planning, however we do have a few solutions around planning, tracking, and management. Each of these can be extended and tweaked to fit your needs. https://www.arcgis.com/apps/solutions/?searchTerm=Capital&sortField=relevance&sortOrder=desc#home The solutions here may tacitly touch on what it seems you are going for. The Capital Project Tracking and Planning solutions help create long term plans and provide transparency of the process, and the Roadway Management solution helps track the roadways in your jurisdiction and plan maintenance activities. As a heads up, we are currently in the process of updating some of these solutions to take advantage of new capabilities in ArcGIS Online. So, there will be new/improved workflows and functionality coming.

Hi Patrick, Sorry to hear you are hitting issues. The first thing I'd try is to clear your cache. Sometimes things get saved in there that prevent the UI from loading correctly. If that doesn't work, I'd be curious if a different browser or logged in user yield the same results. The last thing I'd try would be changing the sharing permissions for the layer (a simple share private/org swizzle). This may shake some things loose that are preventing the UI from loading. Hopefully one of these will help get everything working. If not, let us know! Andy

@TimBlanchard Outlook and Microsoft365 can be a bit tricky to get working with the scripts due to upgrades made for TLS 1.2 and higher. For this sort of connection, a few things are variable in each system. The following info may help you get moving in the right direction. SMTP: "smtp.office365.com:586" Username: We've found that the username can change depending on how your organization sets up your email addresses and authentication. Sometimes the password is the email address your sending from other times it may be the logon account at the email address Ex ( myaccount@email.com instead of myemail@email.com). Password: This will generally be the password for the email or account used for the username. However, if you are working with Multifactor Authentication, a simple password won't work. Instead you will need to have an app password which can act as your MFA permissions. The workflow linked below can help create the app password (this may require some help from the IT folks depending on your account privilege's). https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/manage-app-passwords-for-two-step-verification-d6dc8c6d-4bf7-4851-ad95-6d07799387e9 Hope this helps! Hi @ZachBodenner , The current plan for solutions using the Classic Map Viewer and any JS 3.x app is to migrate the components over to the new 4.x versions. Which apps will be used for the migration are still to be determined as we want to make sure the updates we make will offer the functionality and experience solution's users are accustomed to with ArcGIS Solutions. We also want to make sure any upgrade that occurs is as painless as possible for you. At this time, we're still in the process of assessing what this migration will look like for each solution -- so unfortunately we can't provide a timeline. That being said, with regards to Citizen Problem Reporter, we're not currently anticipating any breaking changes to the underlying feature service (this is --of course -- subject to change as we flush out the migration plans). IMHO, you should be fine to deploy and begin using the Citizen problem reporter solution. If changes are made to the underlying layers the existing schema during the migration from 3.x to 4.x the changes will be very minor and updating data from one service to the other will be easy.

Some of the recent updates to ArcGIS Online’s Arcade capabilities have a changed how fields are accessed by scripts provided in ArcGIS Solutions. As a result of these updates some of our popups are not providing all the information they used to. One specific instance we are aware of is the Amenities Arcade Element. It may appear under different names for each solution. This goal of this expression is to load fields and check if they contain the domain value of “Yes. If the field is set to “Yes” then the expression returns the alias of the field with a check mark next to it. When this expression is run manually (in the Edit Expression menu) it appears to produce the desired result, however when viewed in the popup, nothing shows up because we are implicitly loading the fields. We can fix this quite easily by explicitly telling the Arcade function to load all the fields necessary. Simply add the expression immediately below the “DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING BELOW THIS LINE” warning. When the popup is clicked, the function will pull in all the fields and the result of the expression in the popup will be as expected. Expects($feature, "*")

@CassidyKillian , When you look at the data tab on the item details page, does your new area show up? My initial thought is that the symbology or display filters on that map specify the old layer name or domain value. Andy

@Andre , does clicking retry do anything or does the deployment still fail? If it continues to fail I'd suggest trying another solution just to see if deployment works. If that does work, check your content and groups to see if items created for Citizen Problem Reporter such feature services or folders exist. If they do, you should be able to delete them and try deploying again. If there is no content and the failures continue across multiple solutions, I'd suggest logging a support ticket so we can look into this a bit more closely.

Hi @MikeOnzay, This is by design, and not every solution has shared layers. In this scenario, Citizen Problem Reporter can be used by default to triage multiple types of requests, while the Tree Management can be used for targeted tree related issues. Hope this helps! Andy

Hi @SarahHartholt , The Election Data Management ArcGIS Pro Projects has a step in the tasks regarding this. I believe the step is called "Format operational days and hours". This is also documented online for other applications which use the expressions such as School Locator (doc link below). Operating Hours Specification: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-solutions/latest/reference/configure-school-locator.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_FD59EE89253742D6BEB99F384CB47699 Overall, the solution uses the "operdays" field in conjunction with a standard operating hours schema to determine when a location is open or closed. Hope this helps! Andy
