An option within the hover state of a list widget to interact with the corresponding map so features respond (light up) as a user scrolls over the list items. In the image example I'm hovering on the first list option number 63 and it highlights the 63 on the map.

I was looking to see if there was a way to turn these off, still nothing 2 years later. Why is this such a challenge for ESRI to implement? The code has to be telling the chart to represent the point with a color/symbol to be shown on the chart, why can't you have an option to turn it off or 0 pt symbol?

Please add an option in the chart properties to use a specific field for labeling. The option of on/off is not enough flexibility as I often would like to add labels at specific points for callouts.

Hello Sara, ESRI seemed to fix my problem which was there was no notification of any kind if another user had an aprx open and locked. The save would proceed like everything was fine. Now the aprx will have [Read Only] in the aprx title and will provide a pop up if you try to save. This is all standard windows locking. As for your issue, one thing we do as a workaround is the read only users create the maps and layouts as needed, then save the layout as a layout file. The process is real simple, right click in the catalog view on the layout, "save as layout file", then the owner user imports the layout to the final aprx. Hope that helps.

So far 3.0 feels like a Beta version. I keep getting hung on random tasks or things just fail. I've already caught a bug that has been documented with Tech Support. All images copied from the clipboard and pasted into a layout in 2.9 are now corrupt. Now when you copy from a clipboard and paste directly in 3.0, and open properties of the image, click into the simple path (don't have to change anything) then you click back in the layout the image pasted disappears. It's wild.

I found the reason. These graphic layers respect the selectable layers tab, I did not know that. Hopefully that will help someone in the future.

I have random problems with Pro 2.7.1, one being I lose the ability to select a graphic text or shapes. This happens throughout my team. The layer turns on/off, but no operation such as moving the text is possible. Very frustrating. Anyone else having this issue?

The chart capabilities in Pro are so limited. Line weights as you mention are a perfect example of how limited they have developed this important aspect of the software. Also, adding tick intervals, also a scale??? What the heck, why can't we add a scale to the charts?

Great tip regarding the save as default feature, never noticed that before. Bookmarks are how we handle the extent change, but a note on that, I have a hard time finding my bookmark if i'm doing this many times, or (user error) I forget to make a bookmark. I just have no idea why it's developed this way. Seems lazy.

A couple of items that frustrate me regarding Pro's latest. 1. Group title text in the legend. It pops up when a layer is copied into the group even if the option was checked off (why???). Then if you go to the new layer that was added the Group option is grayed out, so you have to proceed to each layer to see which one is controlling the group option. This is insanely frustrating. 2. This has been going on from the start. Many times we need to create slight adjustments on one map to the next, so we copy the map change name, copy the layout we want to replicate, then change the map in to point to the new layout. This results in the map being zoomed to the world extent. Why would this be desired behavior to anyone? 3. Graduated classification, why is the <n label the new standard to show the range of values? Why not give an option to change it to the way in most maps I've read or have created show as: 0-10, 10-20 etc.

Kory, It is difficult to replicate, but I was working on layouts all day. Copying and pasting layouts, making changes to the layouts, moving text around, moving the North arrow and scale bars. Not sure if you can replicate if it's just a quick "test". I can tell you I'm running Windows 10 Pro, below are my specs. I've upgraded my NVIDIA Quadro P5000 driver last week.
