Can you please share a screenshot of the sign-in window when you encountered the problem and some information about your system, including your OS and version, and the location of your Illustrator installation? We will look into the situation. if you are using Windows, could you also try installing the Maps for Adobe per user instead of per machine? Please let us know if that doesn't help. Hello @AndrewBarker3, Could you please share some information about your system, including OS, version, language/locale, and location of your Illustrator installation so that the team can investigate the issue? Meanwhile, you may try to uninstall ArcGIS Maps for Adobe from the Add/Remove Programs and reinstall it completely. If you keep receiving the same error, try to install the application using the per-user option instead of per-machine. Hope that helps

Could you please share some more information about your environment, including your OS version, its language, as well as the installation folder of your Adobe apps like Illustrator? A screenshot of the sign-in and any error you received also help. You may also try deleting the m4cc folder from the user profile folder and restart Illustrator/Photoshop: For Windows: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\m4cc For macOS: MacOS/Users//Library/Application Support/m4cc Please let us know if that doesn't solve the issue.

To workaround the problem, you need to uninstall and reinstall ArcGIS Maps for Adobe on your machine. The team is looking for a solution to address the Adobe upgrades.

We used to have a Documents board on ArcGIS Maps for Adobe channel but we pulled it off a few months ago due to the lack of activities on the board over the years. We are open to the idea of bringing it back as long as we hear more voices from the community that it is beneficial for sharing the information. FYI for the community: The Documents board is a place where you can share and collaborate on various types of documents, such as whitepapers, case studies, technical articles, tutorials, best practices, and real-world examples, related to ArcGIS Maps for Adobe.

@LRSmith Thank you for bringing to the attention of the web app builder workflow. The fix covers that path as well. The fix addresses the AIX processing from the Maps for Adobe app and applies to any AIX file from the ArcGIS System (desktop/Online/Enterprise/web apps). FYI. this potential fix does not modify the overlapping geometries from the vector tile layer. Instead, it addresses the overlapping appearance/opacity of the target layers and achieves WYSIWYG.
