No, unfortunately. Though, there is a partial solution from a different approach. In the organizational custom roles you can now define a role without Editing permissions, regardless It's other privileges: Anyway, that is a solution for within the organization and it doesn't solve the "Public" issue.

Hi Geoff, Those are excellent tools - Thanks. Are there any plans to modify the "Split Floors" GP Tool, so it will take its Floor splitting parameters from fields (maybe simplified to 2 fields - Building height and Nomber of floors)? This will allow running the tools on an entire neighborhood or city for further purposes. Regards,

Thanks Venus, Are the Admin Tools work on the organizational item? I couldn't find Items outside of my organizational account. Other thing is that the Item Type list is missing some types (probably needs update according to the AGOL supported Item Type list here). Anyways, Kelly Gerrow's answer made the trick.

Is there a way to filter the ArcGIS Online resources searches (arcgis.com in browser), directly, by certain file/data type? The built in filters are more generic and when I'm searching for specific data, such as ArcGIS Pro Project Template or Layer Packages, I can't find any direct filter for that. This means that you have to go over a lot of irrelevant search results before you find what you want - even if you enter the data type to the search string. Thanks in advance, Yovav Z.

I'm not sure I understood your question correctly. There's possibility to disable the Editor Tracking for the Feature Layer and then the info doesn't appear in the Popup. I'm looking for a solution that lets me keep the Editor Tracking active, while not displaying it in the Popup.

Yes, I can, but that's neutralizes the Editor Tracking functionality which is needed in the first place.

When you enable Popup on a Feature Layer that has Editor Tracking turned on, the Popup window contains information regarding the editor of the identified feature. I want to display the popup without that info and couldn't find any option to do so (tried all the basic customization options). Is there a way to create such popup (without server)?
