Please change your map units within the data frame properties. First, go into the Data Frame Properties > Coordinate system > Modify. Under Linear unit, select your desired unit (feet or miles etc). Next, go into the General Tab and change the units again to your desired unit (feet or miles etc). Then create your profile graph. Hope this helps.

Hello, Have you had a chance to review these links? http://resources.arcgis.com/en/tutorials/ http://www.esri.com/training/main/arcgis-online-training http://storymaps.arcgis.com/en/ http://storymaps.arcgis.com/en/articles/publishing-your-story-map/ Good luck You can find a lot of those story maps are relatively easy to make, they are normally generated as templates that you can download, or edit online. Good luck 🙂

Does remain ArcGIS Online credits be saved after subscribtion continuation? Thanks! No as far as I am aware The best recommended course of action is to download your content before it expires Credits don't carry over from year to year Thanks

Hi! I am using ArcGIS for last three years but this is the first time I am facing this problem. When I am adding XY data from the excel spreadsheet it is showing the points where they should be. But when I am trying to export the data to make the shapefile it is entirely vanishing from the map. Even view full extent is not showing the features but zooming on to the layer shows it is there. Please help. Best Samhita What is the coordinate system of the data frame, does it match what your x,y data is (ie if it your Data frame is in Degrees.Minutes and your Data is in Meters, you will have an error) If your X,Y is around the wrong way you will find the data will not match up as well

I noticed you said you loaded it up as a tiled service To get the attribute table in ArcGIS Online, you will need to reload it to ArcGIS Online as a Feature Service Once you have done this in AGOL add the data to an existing map/new map Click on Content in the Table of Contents Click the small dropdown arrow next to the feature Click Configure Popup You can then select what information you want to popup when a user left clicks on the feature Hope this helps Regards John

Map scale, contrary to a scale bar, has one difficult aspect to it regarding web application or screen display in general: it becomes screen ppi (pixels per inch) depended. E.g. the same 1000x1000 pixel image depicting the same 1x1 km area on the earth surface can have vastly different sizes on different screens with different ppi resolution, and since there is a plethora out there, this is a major issue. This is especially apparent with all the new modern "retina" type resolution screens. Map scale only really has usage for printed output in this respect... and if you haven't told ArcGIS for Desktop what your screens' size is through the Advanced ArcMap Settings utility, the settings for "scale" can be way off in ArcGIS for Desktop. Yes fair point, I do see where you are coming from
