Tyler, They have their own web portal where the data is stored and you can bring it in using their map service. I am including their manual for that. It is isn't as automated as I would like, but it works. I got in touch with two of their guys; Matt Manning and Razvan Stefanoiu. They helped when things weren't going so well. We purchased a couple of these locators recently. The GPS capabilities are simple to use and very impressive as far as accuracy goes. I have a monument that our guys shoot every morning with our Trimble units to make sure all the settings in Mobile Manager and Field Maps are good. The locator is just as good or better than those units. Our set up requires a cell service and RTK network to get the accuracy we are looking for. We like to keep everything within 4" and it will do that. I can not answer for the quality of the locates as I have no used one in the field. Thomas, Don't know if this will help, but I had trouble with Collector not wanting to connect to my GPS units. iPad would be connected but the app would not. I would have to delete the app and reinstall to get it to connect. I have recently moved over to Field Maps and it seems to be working well, until it doesn't. Time will tell. Good Luck, Larry ... This would be nice. We are getting close to limiting  out on our creator user type so I can't afford to waste one just for this. It is frustrating when you get something finished and tell everyone they are good to go, just to find out you have missed a permissions setting. Only negative to admin role,,,,,,everything works. ... So still radio silence from ESRI on this. I get the "we are looking into it" email but nothing else. Here is where I am now. Made two simple point features. One has some more fields than the other but nothing major. Can shoot and submit both points if i do not change any symbology at all (per before, nothing different). This time I changed the symbology in my web map ( i have to have to do this, basic symbology is no good for me). I can shoot and submit fine. However, the Collector app is showing the wrong symbology.  The shots should be yellow as that is the GPS unit I am using. Glad you got it to work. I can collect/submit points as long as I use the default symbology. However, if I change size, color, shape, anything with it, NO JOY! Can use same feature service in Classic and it works just fine. It works everywhere but Collector. ESRI support has had this since April and no word on what it is. Very frustrating. ... View more

Doug, I do have z enabled on a few of the ones (feature services and web maps) that will not allow me to submit. However, I can submit on one. All were created the same way. I can submit a point if i change the provider from my gps unit to the integrated receiver on my iPad. ... View more

Update. Still having same problem and it has been in ESRI tech support since April 2020. Now having other problems with Collector and Classic. When you spit them, have you tried to select or identify them (click where the missing house should be). That would tell you if the symbology is hiding it or not. Also possibly in attribute table to see if a new one was  generated. ... View more
