Hi, I'm trying to implement this. In my survey form, I have the image field set to multiline appearance but when the user attach two or more photos, the HTTP Get a file function can only get one image (the first image attached). Am I missing something here? How can I get all the images attached from the survey? Hmm, maybe because from the Attachments, I've only added one. Hi,  I also had this configured in my form through a repeat, and the image question is required. However, if the user tries to delete all the records within the repeat, the question will no longer display; and they can continue submitting surveys without attaching any images. Also tried requiring the repeat group if it would do the trick, I checked that it's working on the field app but not on the web form. Is there a way to disable deleting the first record in a repeat? I also got the same issue on the latest builds of Survey123 v3.5. I've been trying to publish all day and thought I was only having connectivity problems. I tried adding the field outside the repeat, and it worked just fine. I checked on the schema of the feature layer and the field was already added. However, it won't still work if the field is added inside the repeat. I tested the other option of adding the field via Pro, but I got this error.
