I have configured an input to watch a folder for an XML file.  A 911 Computer Aided Dispatch system writes an xml file for each dispatch call.  The files are copied from the CAD server to the Geoevent server every minute.  Sometimes the files are not parsed and I get the following error: "An unexpected error has occurred while reading the file "xxxxxx".  The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." Using Portal 10.7.1, I'm trying to create a sample report template using the S123 website connected to my portal.  I get the following error when I select create sample template: "An error occurred while saving the report template.  Cannot read property 'username' of undefined." An older version of this survey contained a field for username, but I've since deleted it.  I deleted the form and feature service and republished, but I'm still getting this error.  I looked through all of the json and xml files and don't see reference to this field.  What am I missing? ... I have created a layout in Pro that includes dynamic text for the author which should display the Portal user login name: <dyn type="layout" property="metadata" attribute="contactname" emptyStr=""/> I published the layout as a web tool.  However, from Web AppBuilder 10.6, the PDF that is created lists "Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS" as the author name instead of the user login name. I would like to perform a very simple geoprocessing task in WAB: User uploads a CSV file ( 3 text columns and schema matches table in SQL) Records from CSV are appended to existing table in SQL So far I have been unable to get this to work.  Steps I've taken: From Pro 2.3.0, use the append geoprocessing tool to perform the task Share the result as a Web Tool in Portal 10.6 (upload and asynchronous selected) Add the GP service in WAB widget No matter what parameter options I choose, this is the error I receive: ERROR 000820: The parameters need repair. ERROR 000800: The value is not a member of Input schema must match target schema | Use the Field Map to reconcile schema differences. ERROR 000820: The parameters need repair. So I tried from ArcCatalog 10.6.1: Use the append geoprocessing tool Share the results as a geoprocessing service to Server 10.6 (upload and asynchronous selected) Add server to GP widget in WAB Different error with this service: ERROR 000840: The value is not a File. Enterprise 10.6.  I've published a feature service from my SQL database that is versioned, has editor tracking, and contains attachments.  The feature service capabilities include Create, Query, Update, Sync, Delete. This feature service is included in a web map in Portal.  When I attempt to download an offline area in Collector it fails and the following is shown in the Server log: Unable to process request. Error handling schema request: java.lang.Exception: java.io.IOException: Server object extension 'versionmanagementserver' not found. I have another feature service published from the same SQL database that does not give me this error.  However, the feature service that works does not contain attachments or have editor tracking. Is it possible to push or pull data from multiple features into Survey123?  My use case would be for performing inspections of multiple features with the same characteristics.  For example, I am performing an inspection on a series of assets.  A group of assets all exhibit the same inspection characteristics so I only want to conduct one survey and include the asset ID of all the assets that this inspection applies to.  I would like the user to be able to visually select all of the features on a web app then initiate a Survey123 inspection that would pass all of the asset IDs from the selected features into a field in Survey 123. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on how this can be accomplished without custom app development? ... View more

Does Collector in Windows 10 have a log file that records Bluetooth GPS information?  I am working with Trimble on an issue with the R2, Windows 10, Collector, and VRS.  With their latest R2 firmware (5.37), the VRS information setup in GNSS status is not being utilized by Collector.  It only will use SBAS.  The workflow for setting up the R2 on Windows 10 and Collector is slightly different than when using the last firmware that would work with this configuration (5.22).  Using 5.22 you connect to the R2 using GNSS status app first, the start Collector.  With 5.37, Trimble instructed me to setup NMEA via the WebUI, then open GNSS status and select all NMEA options and apply.  Once you hit apply, GNSS will disconnect from the R2.  Then you are supposed to open Collector.  That process works, however the R2 will only use SBAS and not VRS, which is the default setting in GNSS Status.  Trimble stated that the last setting in GNSS status should be the one being used by Collector.  Since that isn't happening, they are looking for a log file from Collector to figure out what is going on.
