Tim, assuming you are using VRS and not a single base, I was able to get this to work using the following procedure: Remove R2 from Windows Bluetooth and Collector Downgrade R2 firmware to v5.22 (even the latest v5.37 firmware doesn't work) using WebUI Ensure you have installed the High Accuracy NMEA option in the R2 webUI.  If not, contact your Trimble dealer for an install code. Reboot R2 Add R2 in Windows Bluetooth Open GNSS Status app > NMEA, select all NMEA options and apply then save Setup your VRS in GNSS Status > Corrections Once you are getting the expected accuracy in GNSS Status, open Collector Re-add R2 in Collector and setup Location Profile Open map and ensure proper GPS info is being received by Collector You should be able to collect features now Good luck! ... I've never seen Desktop Add-in 10.4.0.2.  Here is what is available to download from Trimble's website right now: ArcMap 10.4.1 was released at the end of May 2016.  According to Trimble's current website, no support for 10.4.1 until November 2016.  So six months from Esri release to Trimble release.  Where would one download Desktop Add-in 10.4.0.2?? ... Unfortunately, I don't believe there is a cheap way to collect GPS data for post-processing.  You will need a windows mobile device running Terrasync or ArcPad (w/ Trimble Positions Extension) plus the desktop software (Pathfinder Office or Trimble Positions Desktop Add-in).  For the mobile device, take a look at the Juno series with Windows Embedded Handheld.  Trimble doesn't make the Juno 3 series anymore, but you could probably find one used for around $500.  Pathfinder Office or Positions Desktop is $1995.  You can start with the Standard version of Terrasync for $295 to see if that meets your needs.  It's $1295 for Terrasync Professional.  Good luck! ... I've seen demos on Terraflex and I don't believe it supports post-processing. It's basically Trimble's version of Collector. But if I'm wrong, I apologize.  Trimble Positions Desktop Addin is ok, but has some quirks. Biggest issue I have is there is a lag in development for the extension relative to Esri releases. For example, the current version of Positions Desktop (which I currently have) still does not support ArcMap 10.4.1. Esri releases updates to ArcMap more often than Trimble updates Positions Desktop.
