When you registered your layers as versioned, did you select the "move edits to base" option? It seems like I have seen problems when this option was selected. If it is easy to test, maybe try changing this setting one way or the other. Sorry for being vague - this is all I remember. Are you looking at the featureServer service on both the iOS and the Windows device? As opposed to MapServer on one device and featureServer on the other? Do the changes from the Trimble Juno show up if you put the featureServer service in an ArcGIS Explorer Online map? This might tell us if we have an issue on the client side or server side. Best wishes, Paul Lohr I have archiving enabled, so I do not have "move edits to base" checked. Feature services on all applications (flex viewer, ios, mobile) Yes, features collected on the juno show up on other applications, such as flex viewer, ios, etc. Thanks

I can't seem to figure out the correct expression syntax for using a domain. Here's what I have, which isn't working: <layer> <definitionexpression/> <enableexport>true</enableexport> <name>Field Boom</name> <url>http://webmaps.es2-inc.com:6080/arcgis/rest/services/dfm_fs/Group_Response_Assets/FeatureServer/5</url> <expressions> <expression alias="Boom Type" textsearchlabel="Seach for Boom Type:" isvaluerequired="false"> <values> <value prompt="Select boom type" usedomain="true" field name="TYPE">TYPE = '[value]'</value> </values> </expressions> <graphicalsearchlabel>Use one of the graphical search tools to select Boom</graphicalsearchlabel> <spatialsearchlayer>true</spatialsearchlayer> <titlefield>TYPE</titlefield> <fields all="true"/> <links/> <zoomscale usegeometry="true" zoompercent="2"/> <autoopendatagrid>false</autoopendatagrid> <queryattachments>false</queryattachments> <relates/> <symbology> <simplefillsymbol color="0x0000ff" alpha="0.5"> <outline color="0x00ffff" alpha="0.8" width="2"/> </simplefillsymbol> </symbology> </layer>

I'm using 10.1 server with sde database. I successfully created a mobile project on my Trimble Juno 3D that will allow me to edit / collect features and automatically push the changes to the server. These changes can be seen from my other applications connected to the database. However, on the Trimble I can't figure out how to refresh changes to the database made elsewhere. On the iOS app, it automatically refreshes the data every time you pan or zoom on the map. I'd like the mobile app to perform similarly or auto-refresh every 10 minutes or so. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Andrew, If all of your data is already on ArcGIS Server, you don't need to purchase a subscription. You can continue to use ArcGIS Online as you have been to view and share maps on the web. Thanks, Mike But I can't use any of the Organization features, such as groups, custom homepage, etc. with a personal account. Also can't use that commercially. I've got no issue paying for the Organization subscription, but there should be a lower-cost, no-storage option for those users that have already invested in ArcGIS Server / SDE. and just when I was getting up off the floor after the $80k price quote for Advanced Server Enterprise ASP...

The pricing seems outrageous. All I want to use it for is easy access to maps on smartphones. That's it. All of my data and services will be on my ArcGIS server. $10k for >5 users that don't use any storage space!!!!! I'll keep my money and figure out another way. Thanks but no thanks E$RI.

Is there a way to auto refresh a feature service? Here's my dilemma, I have layers that are editable. I need snapping and auto-refresh for each layer. Dynamic services can auto refresh but not snap and feature services can snap but not auto refresh. Any suggestions?

Well that stinks. According to Magellan, the MobileMapper CX will not run ArcPad newer than 7.1. Just my luck.
