Has there been any updates to this? This is a huge issue for us as well.

Can I get this too? I was talking to the Esri team about this during IMGIS this year.

Happy New Year! We are considering using Workforce for all of our field operations. However, is it possible to see historical data? We would like to extract daily reports from the field worker to know when they started work, took breaks, completed assignments, etc. Is this possible? Thanks, Jodie

I am trying to figure out how I can set up my "Details" widget (ArcGIS Online Dashboard) to default to a series of text when there is no selection made. Currently, when I open the dashboard (thus there is no selection) the details widget is populated with data from a random project point. Is there any way to set up a default page for this widget?

It would be great if there was a way to set up a default pop-up configuration for a particular feature service. Then, each time it was added to a map, there will me minimal set-up.

It would be much cleaner if the Smart Editor widget was able to completely hide fields rather then just making them not clickable or grayed out. When a client or non-GIS person is using a simple we mapping application, it would be great if they could just use Smart Editor to edit one or two fields and not see any other fields. This would eliminate the need to scroll through un-editable fields just to update a status quickly

I am trying to find a way to make labels with line breaks in my web mapping. As of right now, everything I read on the GeoNet as well as GitHub says that the NewLine function is still not supported by ESRI and is not available in map view. However, I keep coming across this ArcGIS for developers article about using the concatenate function with NewLine: https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/sample-code/labels-multiline/index.html Is the script featured in the article above a way that I can create multi-line labels in AGOL? Does anyone have an update on this, or have you tried using Concatenate/NewLine without first defining a variable, etc.? Thanks!

I have created two feature services with two point layers in each of them. I've enabled editing the same way for both feature services, and added them to a web map app using WebApp Builder. I am using the Smart Editor widget within my app to edit the points, but I am having an issue in one of my feature services. One of the point layers in it is editable, but the other is not. Editing on the separate feature service is working fine for both layers, however, even though the settings in both feature services as well as the web map are identical. Has anyone else run into this issue?

I was using SQL to calculate in the feature service's data tab. Before calculating, I had the map open to configure the pop-ups. I'm not sure if that might have interfered with something.

Hey Peter, I did republish the feature service - this time, I added the field in ArcMap ahead of time, but then when I tried calculating a field from online, one of the points layers disappeared again. Is there anything else I can do? I'm going to go ahead and create the support case. Thanks!

Hi Peter, I am not getting an error message in the Web Map, and both layers are still present at the REST endpoint. Should I still create a Support Case? The error is still the same.

I just published a feature service to ArcGIS Online and added it to my web map. It's got two point layers in it, and when I added it to my web map, it was working just fine. I saved the map and exited it, then went into the feature service properties to add a few fields and coded values. When I opened the web map again, I noticed that only one of the point layers in my feature service was in the map. I tried re-adding it, but it would only show one layer. I decided to try republishing the feature service, which worked for the first time when I had the web map open, but when I saved and re-opened it, the other layer disappeared again. Is this because I was editing the fields of one of the layers and not the other one? Is there any way for me to add the other layer back into the feature service from the web app?

It would be ideal for dashboards to be able to pull data from a feature service hosted within an ArcGIS Online web mapping application instead of only from web maps. By embedding a web application into a Dashboard, users are able to use the same widgets that they use within the web application alone (such as smart editor). However, it is not as useful as having the web map added into the Dashboard, since the widget filtering that is normally utilized within a web map is not available through a web app. Alternatively, adding a feature service to a dashboard without adding a web map would have the same effect.
