I am wondering if there is any way to attach Survey123 feature reports to the pop-up windows in my feature service automatically. I noticed that the feature reports names appear to be generated by the date and hours/minutes/seconds that the report is generated. Also, I am attempting to use webhooks to publish my survey results to a Google Drive and then attach them in an email. Is there any way that feature reports can be generated automatically? Would there be a way to automatically send those to the Google Drive when a survey is submitted? Thanks!

Is there any way I can format Survey123 feature reports to list out answers to select multiple questions? Here's what I found online about this type of conditional formatting: ${select_multiple|appearance:"bullets"} When I upload my template with this format and try to generate a report, it fails. I added my field name after the select_multiple within the brackets, is that the correct way to do this? For example: ${select_multiple speedlimit|appearance:"bullets"} Is this the correct way to set up a conditional statement where the feature report would read something like Speed Limit: 45, 50, 60, 76? Thanks!

Hi Jim, I updated the fieldLength to be 1000 and the full json was showing up for me on both now. The fields populate for me when I place my location in PA. Our users in PA on the other hand are still getting "extensions disabled" in both text boxes. We received another suggestion to make sure the feature services were shared just to our organization and not publicly and that didn't seem to help either. Thanks for the help

Thank you for the response. I have seen that explanation in the documentation. Can you tell me what formula I would use I populate these fields? I’m confused on if I need to use the shape length or meters field (which is calculated in geodesic units). And how to convert from meters to MPH to get to minutes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am working with Esri's Custom Roads and Street Map Premium in ArcPro. I am having trouble understanding the FT_MINUTES and TF_MINUTES fields, how to calculate them, and exactly what they represent. If someone could provide me with some information that explains it I would greatly appreciate it. Also, since a lot of the attributes are in meters (including the coordinate system), but the modeling is done in MPH, I was hoping that someone could also provide information on the conversion process. Thank you so much!

Hi Jim, I had our users update to the latest version before testing so they should be on the latest 3.3.64 build. I believe they were using Nexus 7 tablets and iPhones. The feature services that the form calls only cover Pennsylvania. It seems like only users within the state of PA are experiencing the error. We had 2 users test the survey in Massachusetts and just place a point in PA and the fields populated. However, the 3 users who will be using the survey in PA were getting extensions disabled. Do the users need to be assigned any particular roles on AGOL?

Hi Jim, I just added a .zip file to the original question that contains the XLSForm and .js file we are using. I saw a previous questions about spatial inheritance that linked to this page: Welcome to our Feedback Community I tried using those examples in my form. Thank you

We are using a pulldata() function to perform spatial inheritance to populate a county question and district question in a survey shared with our organization. The pulldata() fuction is calling a JavaScript function that queries two feature services we have hosted and shared publicly. Our calculations for the questions are set up like this: pulldata("@javascript","myJSFunctions.js","returnFirstIntersectingFeature","https://services2.arcgis.com/(OurAccount)/arcgis/rest/services/(OurFeatureService)/FeatureServer/0",string(${location}),"*",pulldata("@property","token"),true) Users within our organization let us know that the questions weren't populating. I made the questions a multiline, text questions so the results could be shown. They said that they were seeing "Extensions Disabled" in the text box. This error seems to be carrying over when they open other surveys that were previously working as well. Completely closing the app and restarting fixes the previously working survey but they still get "Extensions Disabled" in the new survey. The fields were being populated when testing through Survey123 Connect and when we were signed in to our Administrator account in the Survey123 app. Is there something that could be causing this?

Hi James, I am also running into the Extensions Disabled message when using a java script extension to perform spatial inheritance. All of the users are named users within our organization. The calculation fields in the form are accessing feature services hosted on our ArcGIS Online account. The feature services are also shared publicly. Is there something that can be causing this?

Has there been any update on this? Is there a way to populate the name of the image based on a previous answer?

Can anyone provide me with a resource on how to best convert an Esri GDB into an Intergraph GeoMedia format? I'm finding very little on this topic. Will the Esri Interoperability Extension do the job as a quick convert? Or will I need to develop custom tools to do so? Thanks!

Yes, I would like to add many fields to the record in the parent feature class. I would like each field to hold one photo name that is associated with that feature in the ATT_NAME field. So I'd like to add the fields [PHOTO1], [PHOTO2], [PHOTO3], and so on. Some of my records have up to 21 photos and I'd like to have each photo name captured in the parent feature class. I need this to send to another department in Excel so that they can reference the photos as they are stored on our server.

Thank you, Mike. I wasn't clear on my question. I have multiple photos for each record (point) in my survey. My ATTACH table has each of these photos listed as a separate entry and I would like to somehow join each of these photo names to the one point in my survey feature class. In a sense, I need to flatten the one-to-many relationship. I've played around with various tools, but can't seem to automate this. Do you know of a way to easily do this? Thanks, again!

My survey allows for multiple photos. Once I download and extract the photos, is there an automated way to join the photo names from the attachment table to the one record for that survey? Ideally, I would like each record in my survey to have a field for [PHOTO1], [PHOTO2], [PHOTO3], etc.

I'm having this same issue. When I alter the URL as stated above the dashboard is viewable, but all of my widgets say "Not fully configured" and the map has no data shown. Any ideas why this is happening?
