Hi, I have a project that relies heavily on attribute rules. Recently we moved from ArcGIS Enterprise on premises to ArcGIS Enterprise on Azure. On premises we used an Oracle Enterprise database, on Azure we are using a SQL Server Enterprise database. With Oracle, everything worked smoothly. Now with SQL Server however, attribute rules generate the following error message: I have checked everything and can not find any differences between the old and the new setup. Everything is as it should be, but it refuses to work. I have no clue what is prohibiting the attribute rules from working properly. Is it a syntax issue? Is it a versioning issue? An example of an attribute rule: Does anyone have an idea what can be causing this failure?

Will the option to refer to a group in the Add Data widget be implemented? That is essential for our use of the widget, this way we provide a currated list of layers for the general public.

Hi Hilary. The layers (hundreds) are referenced by many users (hundreds). And many of those users have their individual needs/preferences. It's practically undoable to prefabricate that many different maps (we are a very small GIS-team). Therefore, give them the possibility to put together their own personal maps for daily use (we call them workmaps).

When a user is logged in to ArcGIS Online within PowerBI, show all feature layers, not only the hosted feature layers.

Users with user type "Viewer' capabilities should be able to save their own maps for personal use. They don't have to be able to share them with coworkers, the organisation or the world, just save them as their own maps for later usage. Our organisation publishes a lot of feature layers that users can add to maps. However, they cannot save that map for future usage. Each time they want to use a certain combination of layers, they have to add them again and again. Why not add the capability for Viewer-users to save that map as a personal map so they can use it day in and day out with the layers and settings that is useful to them (and them alone).

Am I to understand that it is therefore NOT possible to use a custom printing-service in ArcGIS Online with vector tiles (without using an on premise Portal)?

I would like to be able to display layers that are turned off and/or not even visible in the layer list. So regardless wether they are visible in the map, I want them always visible in the legend. Preferably with a switch in the legend-widget in the Webapp Builder.

I would like to be able to directly create a webmap on ArcGIS Online from a mappackage that I uploaded via ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro. So I want to do all the cartography and such in my desktop software, upload it to AGOL and publish it as a webmap, without the need for ArcGIS Server.
