As far as I can tell, the Contacts Manager is showing all of the various contacts you have loaded throughout the metadata record. I don't think you can edit anything on the Contacts Manager tab. The contacts you have loaded may be in several different places, including: Overview > Citation Contacts Metadata > Contacts Resource > Lineage > Process Step > Processor Resource > Points of Contact and probably other places

I have also noticed that the 'Show Related Records' button has recently not been working. Others have noticed it too: https://community.esri.com/message/766683-show-related-records-not-working-in-attribute-table-widget

I also have noticed this problem, and it developed recently. In my application, the 'Show Related Records' button simply does nothing. A few months ago it worked just fine.

My strategy for removing underscores from a select_multiple response may also offer you some ideas for cleaning up your list: https://community.esri.com/thread/197470-can-you-calculate-a-hidden-field-removing-the-underscore-from-a-selectmultiple Essentially, you create a hidden question for each option that populates with your desired text string, then create a text question that concatenates all of the corrected text strings using "join". It can be that simple if you don't care about a trailing comma-space (or whatever your separator is). You can get into more logic if you care to eliminate trailing separators. I can elaborate further if you need.

I have found a very roundabout way to remove the underscores from a select_multiple response. I would love to hear if there is a different way to accomplish this, but here is how I did it: 1) For each option in the 'select_multiple' question, add a hidden question below. Use the calculate column to test whether an option was selected, then to populate that hidden question with either the corrected text (with spaces) or null if that option was not selected. 1.5) If you don't mind some extra commas in your list, you can simply add another text question and use the calculate column to "join" all of the hidden questions. Your result is a list of corrected text, but with some extra commas in the list if you didn't choose a name in the middle of the list. 2) Let's assume that you want no extra commas in the list. Then we need a few more steps. First, go back and add the separator characters (comma-space) to each of the corrected text strings. 3) Then join those using an empty string as the separator: 4) Because you don't know which option will be the last selected, your list will now include a trailing comma-space. We can use substring to remove the trailing comma-space if you want. (BONUS) 5) But what if we want to include an option to add other names, not in the pre-defined list? First, add 'other' as an option in your select_multiple list on the choices tab. 6) Then add a text question for the user to fill in other names. Use the 'relevant' column to make it visible only when 'Other' has been selected. Add it to the list of questions in the join. Now we have another problem: the 'other' entry might not include a trailing separator, and therefore might delete the last two characters that we typed: 7) To get around this problem, we could test whether the final two characters are 'comma-space' and only remove them if they are 'comma-space': Of course, people can enter anything they want into the 'other' text box, and it will delete a trailing comma-space even if they intended for it to stay... 😎 Now you can use 'bind Esri field type' set to null to prevent the layer from saving all of your hidden questions. Conclusion: it's possible to hack your way to a list of values with spaces, but it takes a lot of setup!

I am using a group filter in Web App Builder online, using the existing values in the field to allow the user to select from a dropdown menu. When I hit the 'Reset' button, the map shows all points, BUT the filter input is not cleared. Could you change this or allow an option for the 'Reset' button to also clear the entry dropdown?

I also have this problem, with the browser window maximized on a 14-inch laptop. When I open the full details of the popup, I can't see the whole list (there are lots of attributes). I can't find any way to scroll, arrow-down, or page-down to see the rest of the attribute list. I am in Chrome on Windows 10. I would really appreciate a solution for disabling mobile popups in ArcGIS Online.

There are two ways to set up an 'Other' option for a multiple choice question in Survey123. One way is to use the "or_other" option within the original question-- however, there is no way to require that the user type something in the textbox to specify what they mean. The alternative is to set up a second, required question that is 'relevant' only if 'Other' is selected in the first question. I used this method to set up the 'Other' option for a few select_multiple questions throughout a survey. I am having a formatting problem with these secondary questions in the web form: the input is pushed down quite a bit and overlaps with the next question in the survey (see image). I see this problem in Firefox, Edge, and Internet Explorer, but not in Chrome.

Even if I specify "esriFieldTypeGeometry"under "bind::esri:fieldType" for a geopoint question in my XLS Form, the web form shows a field for Altitude. I'm not interested in collecting altitude information. Can I disable or hide the Altitude question in my web form to simplify the form for users?

Thanks for the clarification. I was able to get pulldata() working again. The problem was the .csv file, and was resolved by creating a completely new .csv from scratch and pasting the rows from the old one into the new. I still don't know why the previous version of the csv created the the external instance error in the web form. They appear the same in a text editor.

Does this mean that support for pulldata() has been dropped for all kinds of questions in web forms (not just geopoint)? I had some text questions working recently using pulldata() to auto-populate from a .csv, but now I get the error: "External instance "csv name" is empty." whenever I try to publish a survey using pulldata() for just a text field.

I have a Survey123 form (created through Survey123 Connect) where users submit a point. After the form is submitted, can I automatically calculate another attribute based on that point's location? For example, can I calculate a value for a 'state' or 'county' or 'eco-region' field based on the point's intersection with a polygon layer? I know that I could manually calculate these values in ArcGIS Pro after the submission, but I would like to set things up so it's automatically added to the feature layer when their form is submitted. Is this possible? Thanks!
