Hi. Duncan, Thanks for the link. there are many research papers but didn't find a model working in the ArcGIS environment, except the simple buffering method based on the given parameter.

I followed the steps in this document: HowTo: Administratively Reset GeoEvent Server (10.5.x / 10.6.x) (https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-geoevent-server-blog/howto-administratively-reset-geoevent-server-10-5-x-10-6-x/ba-p/889335). The steps for 10.6.x works for my case (10.7.1). Then the geoevent server manager is accessible but all services are gone because the steps delete all service configurations. It is important to back up the configuration before you follow the step. Geoevent services are restored by configuration import and all services are back to normal.

Geoevnt server has been running over year without problem but last week I got "No service was found" in accessing the geoevent manager. I did following steps but so far no luch: I reboot the server restart services: arcgis server, geoevent gateway, geoenvet server restart zookeeper service (synchronization service) remove content in the geoevent/data but not working so far. Any suggestion?

How to set the filter properties to filter records with certain values? I need to filter records with its ID containing a certain value such as "_boat". The filter operator doesn't have "like" or "contain".

I am trying to upgrade 10.7.1 ArcGIS server on Azure to 10.8.1 using the cloud builder. But the cloud builder doesn't recognize the arcgis site in the ArcGIS server VM. In the Azure portal, the AGS vm doesn't have DNS name. AGS VM doesn't have DNS name or publically accessible URL. all traffic go through the Azure app gateway. In the cloud builder, is there any way I can edit the AGS site url or IP?

I need to configure a JSON poll connector using token. First I need to get a token using POST request and then pass the token to the different url to get jSON data. I think it is a very typical process: get a token from token url and get json data using the token authentification. But it is unclear in Geoevent how to do. Any idea or sample?

I figured out that I don't need to install Geoevent server on the VM in Azure. Even I used the same version, 10.6.1, installation gives me the same error. Instead, you need to use "Software Authorization Wizard" to enable the geoevent role.

I try to install geoevent server on Azure. I installed a stand alone arcgis server on Azure using cloud builder. AGS is up and running. On the same vm on Azure, I tried to install geoevent server. But installation is terminated with the following error: "ArcGIS Geoevent server 10.6 requires ArcGIS server 10.6 to be installed. Installation of ArcGIS Geoevent server 10.6 will now terminate." Any idea?

Feature layer in the dynamic map service already have the unique value renderer. I would like to use this renderer directly instead of re styling the polygon in the code. Is it possible?
