I'm having the same problem with a custom image that has been working in the same web map for a couple years now. Our clients just noticed the issue last week. Chrome dev tools is showing that the image is being blocked by CORS policy.

Hello, Has anyone had issues with feature templates not displaying in the Smart Editor widget after the December AGO update? They're displaying fine in the standard Edit widget and in previous versions of the Smart Editor (ver. 2.8 according to the json code) but not in this latest release (ver. 2.11). Hi John, We've been using Webmerge for emailing reports on submission from S123. You can include attachments and repeats in your reports as well. The app isn't free, though after a cost-benefit analysis and a review of the alternatives this made sense for our organization. Thank you, Bill

Hi Katie, I haven't created a case for it yet. Still trying to troubleshoot myself. I'm seeing the same error when trying to edit my hosted feature service in WAB as well. I don't believe it's an issue with Pro, but rather my feature service or maybe something to do with my account. Thank you, Bill

Hello, Has anyone ever seen this error before? I'm using ArcGIS Pro 2.2.1 and I'm trying to edit an agol hosted feature service. I've performed this exact workflow numerous times without issue and as of yesterday I can't edit (add, update or delete) any records within my feature services. Where is my 'tempdb' located? Hi Michael, I don't believe the widget was included in WAB Dev 2.4. You'll need to download it from here: Environmental Screening | ArcGIS for State Government and add the "Screening" folder to your C:\arcgis-web-appbuilder-2.4\WebAppBuilderForArcGIS\client\stemapp\widgets directory. Should look like this....
