I have an ArcGis/Power BI subscription. I like the improved mapping functionality that ArcGis gives to Power BI. One of the features I like is the ability to use community created map layers. However, although what the community creates is good, it's not want I require for my BI application and I'm wondering how I can create Map Reference layers. From what I can see I need an ArcGis Online subscription which is not reasonable.
Is there a way Power BI subscriber can get access to creating Map Reference layers for inclusion in the community maps without having to buy a full Esri Online license?
