We are setting up a workforce application for street name plates where it is damage has been reported. Initially, an assignment will be created to go and inspect the plate - I can do this. However, after the initial inspection, depending on the outcome of the inspection, I want to create a follow up assignment to sent someone out to clean or repair it, which is where I am having issues. Is it possible to create a new assignment based on a previous one, or do you have to manually create it?
