Hi We captured some information with Quick Capture last year which was synced to AGOL later that day. However, the created date/time for each feature in AGOL is the date/time it was synced not when it was actually captured. Is there a way the original date/time can be preserved? It seems totally wrong to record the sync date. We are using the photos taken to create a map series in Pro. I know the 'date taken' is in the Exif data somewhere. Hi I am using collector to collect retail surveys (the use class and occupier of each unit). I have set this up to have a record for the property and then a related record for each survey (as one should when setting up a database). To enable this to be user friendly for the surveyor, I would at the very minimum like to label the features so that it is easy to see which features have been updated and which haven't. I would also ideally like to display the most recent use in the symbology (shop, restaurant, office etc). I have found that I can join and save this as a hosted feature view and this allows me to do both of these things and it will show up in Collector. However, it is not possible to set the resultant layer up for syncronisation so Collector will not work offline - this is, unfortunately, a massive showstopper. Hi We have a web app designed using the Zone Lookup template and for the majority of polygons, when you click the map, the correct information is retrieved. However in some cases when you click the map, it does not bring back any information; other times it brings back information about other polygons. Both the basemap and feature services are held on our server and are in British National Grid. This map was produced a couple of months ago and I believe it worked correctly then but now fails. Hi I have got a map in a new dashboard I have set up and it is not using the extent from the webmap. Is there a different place this needs to be set as I cannot find it? At the moment it appears to be using the whole of Europe, which is not the map, organisation or organisation region extent. Thanks Mark ... View more

Hi One of our teams have been out on a site and captured a lot of photos using quick capture. They now need to display these on a paper map - I cannot be electronic and I'm planning on using Pro (I am open to other suggestions!) I have seen an article on how to add georeferenced photos to a map but, due to the density of the photos, they really need to be in a label with a call out. Does anyone know if this is possible? Hi We are using the Zone Lookup template, which is nearly doing exactly what we want. However, we an issue that we need to resolve, otherwise we may have to stop using it. The web map is using a service published from ArcGIS Pro and labels are set to always place. When this is viewed in the web map, this is also the case but when this is viewed in the app, only a few of the labels are placed - it appears not to be honouring the setting. Is there an easy way to force all the labels to show in the app too? As an alternative, I republished the service with annotation rather than labels but, because the app always displays the lookup layer above everything else, the annotations sit behind this and this will not work. Is there a way of always having the annotation on top? As another alternative, I tied to used the new ability in Pro of symbolising differently at different scales. Whilst this worked in the web map and in other web apps, this template does not appear to recognise the configuration. Is there a way to get this to work in this app? We are quite happy to download the app and host it ourselves if there is an easy code change that could resolve one of these or any other options. Many thanks in advance Mark ... View more

Hi When we create a webmap it uses our default, which is a cahced map on our server. If we want to change it to a different basemap (in the most recent case ESRI UKs OS Greyscale Tile), the webmap seems to retain the scales from the original map rather than those that the new basemap is designed for. Does anyone know a way round this? Ideally we could open a new map without a basemap at all like you can in ArcMap or Pro. Thanks Mark ... View more

Hi We are using the eSearch widget and are having an issue that where a layers is symbolised into more than two categories, no symbology is returned for the search results (in the options for the widget the symbology is set to server). Hi I am using the enhanced draw widget (https://community.esri.com/docs/DOC-3256) for an app in WAB developer and it is brilliant. However, I am slightly confused with some of the measurements. For example, when I draw a square which is 1km by 1km, the area shows are 1 square km as I would expect, but the length comes out at 3km. Is the lenth measurement not the perimeter of the shape?
