We have a Portal 10.4 on AWS federated with ArcGIS Server OS Server 2012 We found that the AWS instance was rebooted and when everything was restarted, the Portal gave us an error saying it was unlicensed. The Portal licenses are perpetual The keycodes file wasn't changed or edited To fix this we had to reauthorize the Portal and Server ECP file again via the Administrator. Has anyone come across this before? Thanks

Qt Runtime does not support 3D, and therefore AppStudio cannot consume CityEngine .3ws files.

Can AppStudio import a CityEngine .3ws file including reports so I can set up a 3D model with App Studio report dashboard? From what I have read I don't think that it is possible at present.

With Survey123 Connect is it possible to create and style forms using CSS? Or would using the AppStuido with a Standard License be the way to achieve this.

Referencing Prepare basemaps for offline use—Survey123 for ArcGIS (Beta) | ArcGIS Survey123 supports the use of offline basemaps. These basemaps must be of the Esri file type of tile package, and use the Web Mercator projection. Tile packages can be created using ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Pro. Are there plans to allow users to publish Basemaps in other coordinate systems? - Our users Basemaps are all in NZTM.

Hi all, With Collector users can access the Runtime GDB on the devices collected through iTunes (for iOS). Is it possible with Survey123 to do this? I had a look through iTunes (Apps > File Sharing > Survey123) and there doesn't appear to be any files accessible to do this. Using the latest build of Survey123 (1.2.19) iOS Thanks

*****Update**** This still applies for Portal for ArcGIS 10.4 Final BUG-000094214 Esri Case #01721242 If you install a fresh version of ArcGIS Portal 10.4 (Final Release) and attempt to license ArcGIS Pro entitlements following this workflow http://server.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/configure-arcgis-pro-licenses.htm There is an error "Invalid entilements file. The entilements file provided is invalid for the application specified." If you install Portal 10.3.1 and follow the same workflow the licenses apply correctly. http://server.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/configure-arcgis-pro-licenses.htm If you upgrade your Portal instance from 10.3.1 to Portal 10.4 All Pro entitlements previously applied will remain.- If you attempt to add licenses you get the same Error shown above. However it doesnt affect what isalready there

Is it possible in a future release to have the option of using the Esri World Geocode Service to find a location for when we use the geopoint option in Survey123? *A use case is that we need to enter in an address and would like to have the XY of this. Cheers John P

Hi Marco You should be able to achieve this is adding the start and end in to the survey survey type name label start start end end These are hidden in the survey form When you view the data in the FGDB you can see the start time and end time for the survey responses
