Great, glad that worked for you. We've logged the underlying issue as a bug and will fix it in a future release. Thanks, Steve

Hi Melody, Sorry for the delay. It looks like there is a bug with this workflow, but in our testing it seems to work if you browse to the network drive instead of typing it in the text box where the path is displayed. Can you try that, or is that what you're already trying? Thanks, Steve

Hi, Not seeing 'My Content' is expected since a Plus account is not a full ArcGIS Online organizational account, it's in between Complimentary and ArcGIS Online. Therefore you don't have any place to create/store content and subsequently retrieve it. You should still see the other content options though (Maps for Creative Cloud, ArcGIS Online, etc). For your output directory question, are you using a UNC path to the folder on the server? Or a network drive? Thanks, Steve

Hi Matt, Unfortunately there are some known issues installing extensions from Adobe Exchange when using an enterprise Adobe ID. There are a couple things we can try to work around the problem though. First, try reinstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop app, it sometimes prevents extensions from being updated properly. You can follow the steps at the bottom of this Adobe knowledge base article: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/troubleshoot-creative-cloud-sign-out-sign-in.html If that doesn’t help, try this: Completely quit all running Adobe applications. If needed, end all Adobe processes including the one for Creative Cloud from Windows task manager Rename this file: C:\Users\<your_username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE\opm.db Re- Launch Creative Cloud and sign in when asked. You should see a new opm.db file in the location from step 3. The extension should now automatically reinstall. This might take a couple of minutes – I have seen a range from 2 to 10 mins. Look for notifications in your CC desktop client app. Depending on your Windows configuration you might get a notification that something is trying to install. Finally, check for folder and files created under ‘com.esri.ArcGISMapsforAdobeCC’ at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions Open Illustrator and check for the extension under Window > Extensions. If step 6 fails, quit Illustrator and sign into the Adobe Exchange website. Click Sync Extensions or uninstall and reinstall the extension. If that also doesn’t work then we can have a call and I can try to see what might be the problem. Let me know if you have any questions about anything. Thanks, Steve

Hi Anare, While you can't do anything about this in the Mapboards window of Maps for Creative Cloud, you can work around it in the Compilation window. In the screenshot below, I set the basemap to 'VectorStreetMap', and set the projection to 'Fiji 1956 UTM Zone 1S'. The standard raster basemaps cannot be reprojected, but a vector option like 'VectorStreetMap' or 'Natural Earth' can be, and should accommodate this workflow. Thanks, Steve

Hi Melody, That's strange, the copyright information should always be there. We just released a new version (1.4) last week that makes the scale bar info optional, but it was always there automatically in past releases. Can you try upgrading to 1.4 (if you weren't automatically upgraded already through Adobe Exchange) and see if the problem still exists? As far as the copyright info and Esri logo, it will need to always be there. However, there might be some more aesthetically pleasing ways you could include it and still comply with the terms of use. I'm looking into that and will let you know what I find. Thanks, Steve

Hi Tom, It looks like the issue is with the 'Finances' layer. The dot style on the line appears to not be supported, changing it to solid fixes the problem: I also tested this webmap on our internal development codebase and I don't see the same issue. We'll look into this a bit further. Thanks, Steve

Hmm, interesting that changing the symbol didn't work for you, but I'm glad you were able to workaround the issue. I also thought that the custom expression might be the problem. Changing it did resolve the issue as well, but I think that's because it resets the symbology when you do that. So far for us, that one 'X' symbol seems to be the root cause. We'll keep investigating and let you know what we find. Thanks, Steve

Hi Tom, It looks like there's an issue with the 'Places' layer in your webmap. I'm not exactly sure why, but if you change the highlighted 'X' symbol shown below to something else it should work for you: Let me know if you have further issues. We'll also continue to look into this issue and resolve it for a future release. Thanks, Steve

Hi Mark, The VectorStreetMap layer is a special case. That's a vector basemap which we maintain, and we do some additional server-side logic when downloading a map that includes that layer. The data for the service is broken up into regional group layers, each named for the region of the world that they cover. That said, we're making some changes to how we structure the layers for our next release, and are also updating the source data for the VectorStreetMap layer. I'll create an issue in our backlog to revisit our naming convention for VectorStreetMap. Thanks, Steve

Hi Mark, The names of the layers in your webmap should be retained, but they will all be put under a single group layer named 'Layer 1'. This is so that if you download multiple times we can keep the layers from each download organized and separate from one another. Are you seeing something different than this?
