Hi Stacey, Can you submit this behavior with Esri Support please so we can troubleshoot this further? The behavior you are experiencing is certainly not normal behavior and I was unable to reproduce with similar modifications of custom toolbar. We definitely want to look into this further. Hi Steven, What Esri software are you using on your mobile handheld? StreetMap data is available for various Esri software solutions but the StreetMap license is specific to the software (ie ArcPad StreetMap, ArcLogistics Navigator StreetMap, ArcGIS Mobile StreetMap). Hi Kent, If you do not see the Mobile10.0 folder under ArcGIS as shown below in screenshot, then it would appear ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 10 (formerly ArcGIS Mobile) has not yet been installed. At 10.0 release, ArcGIS for Windows Mobile became a separate installation and can be downloaded from Esri's Customer Care Portal under Desktop and Server software downloads. Hi, The instructions to enable the QuickAction menu to Design Mode doesn't work when following instructions here, http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcpad/10.0/help/index.html#/Working_in_Design_Mode/00s10000012z000000/ ? Are you the same user login that installed and registered the software? Hi Win, You could be encountering a current challenge in ArcPad but cannot confirm this until you log the behavior (along with sample data) with Esri Support, http://support.esri.com/, for further review and research. Hi Charles, I believe you are encountering a known challenge - NIM061853; Mobile Project Center does not work with proxy server that requires authentication. WMS layer is not supported in ArcGIS Mobile. You also cannot add WMS layer in the Mobile Applications using API as well. Here is the link to the supported layers and data types for ArcGIS Mobile - http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgismobile/10.0/help/index.html#/ArcGIS_Mobile_supported_layer_and_data_types/007v00000008000000.
